Awesome local pub. Garden bar is spacious and well sheltered.

We started with a round of entrees. They were massive so we never made it to mains.

The staff were super friendly and booze was cold.

We had our Christmas function at the Brisbane. Nice courteous staff and pleasant surroundings. Had a great time. Thanks!

Great if you want a beer after work, but the "restaurant" area is terrible. The massive speakers make it impossible to hear the person in front of you and the crowd at the bar pushes up against your table. You can't use the QR code at the table to order and you have to order food in the huge bar line.will not return in future

Has gone down hill since last time I was there barely any food and what food was there was over priced and tiny portions

Venue was good but when booking was not informed quiz night which was extremely noisy. Food average and not much choice in deserts. Staff polite and helpful.

At the risk of sounding like a grumpy old woman, my only complaint about this venue was the ear piercingly, awful music which completely obliterated the ability of our group to converse with anyone other than the person immediately adjacent to them. Even that was difficult. We were all looking forward to catching up with our respective life stories but were completely thwarted by the off key ghastly loud soloist supposedly entertaining us. For the record, if I want to listen to music I go to a concert. If I want to have a chat I meet at a pub, restaurant or stay home. It’s a dreadful shame if venues end up missing out on revenue because the entertaining at home option becomes the only place where conversation is possible.

Went in last night for dinner and drinks and had excellent service from the male manager. Realised this morning I may have left my car keys at the venue, went in this arvo and the same manager recognised me and had kept my keys safe! Very grateful for a great dinner and the help!

Hate the app to order, you have to do your own order, see no one and then the have the total gall to ask what size tip do you want to leave. Foods ok, but if you want a quite lunch forget it, speakers every bloody where, you can't here yourself think, never mind talk to someone. Waiters if your lucky to see one act like they're doing you a favour, I won't be back in a hurry

We spent grand final day at the Brisbane and the atmosphere and service was amazing! They had TVs in the beer garden, drinks flowed and the food was great. Our group had the best day! Thank you to everyone who was working!

The service was excellent, but the food here is just horrible! The menu is pretty limited (a decent Salad wouldn’t go astray) and most of the group of ten, were not overly impressed with their meal. Two of us had the Chicken Burger which was over salted, deep fried and dry and had a very unpleasant hot spice rub. The burger was served on a brioche style bun which collapsed whilst eating, so knives and forks were needed. When a pub is unable to make a decent Chicken Burger and a decent Risotto (because that too was really poor) then the signs are there that the kitchen needs a complete overhaul. All the meals came out at different times (so I had finished my meal by the time the last person was served), so the concept of eating as a group didn’t happen. The head chef needs to check what the food tastes like, because I would guess they wouldn’t be eating there. I did provide feedback on the day, but I doubt it was given to the kitchen. The venue is great, but the food really needs to improve. There are too many other good pubs out there serving great food.

We loved our lunch at the Brisbane Hotel, we shared the Salmon and Burger and had a Southseed Cocktail to start, staff were friendly, atmosphere fabulous for a catch-up with old friends. We were on a time restraint as well, the service and presentation was 1st class. It was private and we loved the outside beer garden. We’ll be back!

The staff member behind the bar with the green hair has an attitude problem, i know hospitality are finding it difficult to get good staff but this is really scraping the bottom of the barrel.

The meals were awful.
Lamb ribs sauce was tasty but runny and ribs were cold and fatty.
Burgers looked liked they were micowaved.
When the foodie of our group leaves food it says it all.
A couple of staff were friendly
Service was lacking

The drinks are overpriced in comparision to other venues and the beer garden looks like it needs some love, a good clean up, and some cushions.

Good bar, good serving staff and cocktails. The beers a little limited and food was a little slower then I would like but it was good.

First staff were very nice, friendly not always the case
.
Second and third common sense with the food, so often you will go to a restaurant and they won't budge on the menu, They make you waste one food, so you have to order the one you want to. Not here, how easy was it to put salad on the plate instead of fries.
Even cut my girls chicken burger in half for her. Service and using your head worth a review.

Fourth great venue, comedy site up stairs, during the week, they're killing it, great DJ.and bands, I love comedy, you can bring your pets in the beer garden.
Don't like the smoking section, Queens got rid of theirs
No allocation of fifth not liked it used to be, the atmosphere needs help.
Can Cater to big groups.

$80 for 2 drinks (tap beer and a gin and tonic), a below average pizza and run of the mill fish and chips. Place is rip off and gives pubs in Perth a bad name. Steer clear!

Good pub with really friendly staff. Came in for some drinks and food. The guy at the bar was very friendly and provided great service. Nice ambience out door area with a good crowd. We got a series of small items to share, and all were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

They offer a jug of cocktails (for mr I bought mojitos) but they give you a carafe. $45 for a carafe but $35 for 2 middy glasses of separate mojitos. Then they argue that the difference is just a handle where in reality it’s 370ml… another glass!
