The Brighton Hotel reviews
58 Wednesday night family dinner - great service and food, snitzels were amazing.
Booking process and after follow up excellent
Food was pretty good but was ruined by the service of a certain waitress. Haven’t met a ruder waitress in Western Australia. She completely ruined the experience in this restaurant.
My local love the beers there lines are very clean so beer tastes great. Staff always smiling food is so yummy.
Went there today, took a long time for food to arrive. My sister and I had supposedly Bali Nasi Goreng.totally inedible. It was horrible, rice stodgy and smothered in soya sauce. Has the cook been to Bali at all? Very disappointing, will not be recommending the Brighton for a meal.
Went during the Xmas period so copped the surcharge, which is fine if the food was actually edible! The chicken in the buttermilk chicken burger was inedible & my partners burger was so sloppy he was unable to eat it, wished I'd read the reviews prior to going, I agree with someone else's review, do yourself a favour & go elsewhere.
We went to the Brighton Mandurah last weekend for a meal.
I had the most delicious grilled fish chips and salad, the fish tasted like it was fresh caught and was cooked to perfection, delicious chips and fresh crisp salad.
My husband had a lovely Nasi Goreng which is an Indonesian rice and egg dish, he also enjoyed his meal.
Service was excellent with staff all friendly and efficient
Forst time ordering food here in 5 years because last time it was rubbish. If the Brighton is more than half capacity, the kitchen cannot handle it and you will be disappointed with the 90min wait for food that they do not tell you about. The parmi was dry, the buttermilk chicken burger should be removed from the menu as it is an embarrassment with paper thin chicken thigh and stale bun
Lovely place and a good choice to eat, something for everyone. Drinks a bit pricey. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Thank you for the wonderful lunch on Wednesday with our CHORUS Clients. Food was awesome and with 25% off even better. Service was amazing also. Thank you to all for our great day out. Regards Anne Liz and Di CHORIS Support workers.
The jalapeno poppers were lovely! Perfect! Nice venue with plenty of space and delicious meals. Can't wait to come back and try the rest of their menu.
Chicken Kiev? The sauce is suppose to be inside the chicken and ooze out when cut.not in a pot to pour over the chicken.couple spoons of mashed potato.no salad.
Fish & chips. 3 thin pieces of fish (the size of small chicken strips but thinner placed on top of the salad.
Had lunch on a Saturday with my wife. Close to one of the best burgers I've ever had. Nice venue. Unfortunately on this day we had the 1kg of chicken wings also. I was asked how the meal was. Awesome burger and the chicken tastes off which it did. Disappointing. If the chicken is on the turn dont cook it and serve it to customers
Absolutely love this place, tried their new menu got the "share platter" it was so tasty and filling for two will definately get it again
The food was great.
Wasn't happy this time as tables needing clearing on the undercover outside part. Seagals swooping on the tables.
Spent most of my lunch chasing them.
Mentioned to staff
Paid $19 for a plate that had only 5 squid rings a bit of tartare sauce and a wedge of lemon. Compared to $25.9 for a steak sandwich that was loaded and had fries on the side. Really not that nice and too pricey for nothing.
The night I attended there was a music event and the front deck area was nice. However I ordered the Chorizo Penne which had 3 (three) pieces of chorizo and plenty of penne. That, in my opinion, is not quality. For almost $30 one would expect better. The taste wasn't bad, nothing special, they need to up their game if they want repeat business.
We attended a wedding reception in the upstairs section last Saturday evening. Bar service by Shannon and staff was amazing. Hospitality couldn't be faulted, so efficient and friendly. You certainly made the lovely couple and their guests welcome. The food was great too.
Good pub plenty of seating large range of beers plus restaurant as well happy hour 8dollar pints.
Attended 'Secret Sounds if Mandurah' at the Brighton Hotel. Started with the happy hour between 5 and 6pm, then enjoyed three local
Muscians who entertained us whilst we enjoyed our $25 Wednesday steak night and some more drinks.
Lovely evening sitting on the front terrace, lovely views of the estuary, on a balmy autumn night.
Worst food I've ever been served. I had a peanut chickpea salad with added beef. The beef was dry and taste less with no peanut flavors and 3 chickpeas on the plate. Couldn't eat it and was given a refund that hasn't shown in my account. Great waitress (star for her) but very expensive. Will never go back again.
