The Bridge Family Practice and Skin Clinic

Not very good. Most times it takes forever for someone to answer the phone. I was given wrong information by Maddy about fees charged by a psychologist in the practice. As a result I am never going back.

I think the drs at the bridge family’s practice are all really good doctors. I have been going there for many years.
Their drs are very thorough and efficient.
You are a very lucky member of the public if u visit there.

The drs are absolutely outstanding and have a genuine care for there patients
I’ve never had a bad experience or been rushed out the door

Been going here since moving to Mandurah 7 years ago. My doctors, and the nurse, have given me the best care and treatment.

I had a walk in appt and was seen fairly quickly. Dr Colin was great and had amazing customer service. Would definitely recommend!

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The Doctor was pleasant
And thorough. We were very happy that the practice did their best to fit us in, even though Ben didn’t live here.

by myself. I was very nervous as I have been looking for a new medical practice for the last 6 weeks or so as I've moved from thevNorthern suburbs of Perth (Joondalup City Council) to Mandurah recently.

When a medical situation arose that needed urgent medical attention I chose The Bridge Family Practice as it had good reviews when I've been looking at them and a new friend also made such a positive recommendation too.

I sent a message through the websites, "contact us" section and got a call 5 minutes after the practices listed opening, time the same day and was in seeing the doctor by 10.00am this morning. The Dr I was seen and treated by was very personable, welcomed me to the Practice and then got to it! She was very thorough, professional, empathetic and helpful. Asked why I was there today and followed up. By Asking after my medical history and so forth. I felt very comfortable, I felt listened to and heard with no pre judgement felt.

I didnt expect on my first visit to be bulk billed, but was grateful beyond measure to discover I had been when reaching reception on leaving. With
DSP for the Blind being my only monetary source Income i was thankful for that too.

I have completed the relevant paperwork for my records to be transferred from my previous practice that I've been going to since 1986 with my hope being
that this transition to a new patient/doctor relationship continue on in such a positive way.

I see Dr Elena Vysotskaya at The Bridge Family Practice and have the highest respect for her. She puts you at ease immediately. Not only has she taken great care of my health, but she is also lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient.

Dr Craig Thompson was excellent with his manner towards me and very good, so was th e Reception Lady and the nurse who did my blood.

Did not get what i expected as advertised I thought I would get a full body search for some skin issue, but all I got was why am I here and I said skin. My doctor said where?
I only know of two locations on my face. I thought he would have checked out my back at least because i certainly can't.

My husbands experience was great, the doctor was very thorough and put my husbands mind at rest.

Dr Gomez was wonderful and caring. Reception staff very polite and friendly. Definitely recommend!

I regards to care for ourselves and our young children I personally found them and believed multi doctors from this practice to be shockingly unknowledgeable and extremely unprofessional at times… I’m since moved the whole family to another practice…

Visited Dr Sammy who is the best skin specialist I have been to see.
I was greeted at reception by a young lady with a friendly smile (behind the mask!)
Dr Sammy had a look at my skin for any bad signs and recommended a small removal which was the only skin issue I had.
I visit Dr Sammy each year and would recommend him for thorough skin checks.

I have been attending this Drs Surgery since 2019. Although appointments are a couple of weeks waiting time, sitting in the waiting room is shorter. I can be in and out within the hour. I am very thankful for the bulk billing.

Really nice doctor went over every option with my daughter she had.didn't make it feel awkward or uncomfortable.felt natural and comfortable even tho it was a sticky topic for a daughter to talk about in front of her mother

Courteous and diligent front desk service. Dr was lovely, very attentive, knowledgeable and supportive with all concerns.

We Tested positive to covid Very detailed appropriate questioning on the phone. Prescription delivered the the pharmacy and delivered to our house within 30 minutes. The anti viral drug for we oldies seems very important and the combined service was first class
