Great store, so many things and so many great food options. Perfect for a quick ice cream or a bigger shop. Muffins are so scrumptious!

The products and selection at Good Grocer Empire Village are impressive, and invariably good quality. This is why we pay a little more at a supermarket like this.
Recently, I've observed staff at the check-outs not being particularly friendly, and being less than helpful with assistance in packing bags. Today, I made sure my bags were at the other end of the cash register. No greeting from the cashier, and no assistance AT ALL in packing my bags. Consequently, I took my time in packing my groceries, and getting my loyalty card ready before payment. Not a word was exchanged during this time.
We expect more from the Good Grocer service!

Ive bought roast lamb and veges around half a dozen times in the past 3 months, and it's only ever warm, and the brocolli cream cheese was either so old or majorly overcooked that I couldn't even chew the broccoli, and i asked if it was fresh and the guy said yes. Disappointing for that location.

Every time I go they charge the wrong amount for at least one item, otherwise the staff are usually friendly and it's open 24/7

Great 24/7 shop with everything you could possible need. Friendly staff always helpful and polite.
There is a great selection of hot food with mine being the Boulevard Burger of the day.

Every time I go to your Deli the staff are slow & seem very blaze' & uninterested. I've actually waited with other customers while your staff had their backs to the front counter & were havi g a chat. Do they not receive any training?

Organic cola expired back in Sept 2021. Bought one last week but did not take the receipt. Returned the store after I noticed that the taste was off and notified the staff. I didn’t get the refund as I wasn’t given the receipt (I should have asked but I trusted the freshness) Came back today for other groceries and checked the same shelf just out of curiosity. There are still like 20 bottles of organic cola that expired back in Sept 2021!
My husband also had a situation a few weeks ago when he tried to return a burrito bowl with a sauce that tasted off but IGA staff said they don’t make them hence they cannot provide refund or replacement. Instead they poured some fresh aioli sauce while the bowl has already been coated with the sauce that was off. Went straight to bin.
Their customer service is the worst we have experienced among other IGAs.

This place is the plug, Easily best IGA hands down. Friendly staff, and great selection of things and good food. They're only closed for 12hours in the whole year so you never have to worrying about it being closed Love it!

There are some good items at the store but it is overpriced and produce can be poor - check out the mouldy tomatoes that I just opened

Great store. Good stock, but not a wide range. A little bit more expensive than general IGA's. Great parking. Handy being a 24 hour store.

What a fresh a enjoyable experience, not what I was expecting from IGA. The entire shop was well lit, and extremely tidy. There was about 4 staff on that we could see all steadily tidying and restocking items. All the fruit and veg looks fresh and inviting, and the prices seem very fair.especially for a shop that is open 24hrs. We bought some drinks, 1 was a Mandarin flavoured fizzy drink from overseas, which tasted like the real fruit. There cake and pastry selection was to die for.

Nice little IGA with quality produce. There is enough variety of cheeses to keep Kim Jong-un satisfied

The food at the Delhi's not fresh bought 3 scotch eggs when we got home cut into one and it was frozen the egg looked like it was a year old and the inner had ice rang up and they were not interested

They sell Papers brand rolling papers here, I drive here from Clarkson because I haven’t managed to find anywhere else that sells them nearby.

Not the biggest supermarket, but they have an incredible fresh food & produce section. Nicely styled supermarket too

This shop has a bit of everything. A great range of fruit and veg, meat, deli, cakes, gifts and your normal supermarket range.

It is a beautifully presented shop and it’s nice to just walk around and check everything that’s available.

The prices on some items may be slightly higher but to have such a great range available 24 hours a day is a bonus for the area.

What a magnificent supermarket! Beautiful presentation, helpful and courteous staff. Wish I could transplant it directly to just opposite my house!

The Boulevard IGA is epic and a very dangerous place for your hard earned cash. They have amazing food across every realm, I always find something unique and amazing when I go in. They have excellent samples to try new items in store and I can highly recommend the fresh made wraps - delicious! Well worth a visit

Has to be one of the nicest IGA shops I have ever been in. Super helpful staff and a great range off produce.

24 hour IGA with the new style fitout. When you walk inside you will be instantly be impressed with the design & layout of the store. The range of fruit & veg is immaculate.
In the deli area you can also find pre-prepared meals if you happened to work late and don't have the desire to cook.
