13 Do not rely on the staff to actually be there for the advertised hours.
Arrived before 8pm and all the doors were closed and I could here the person still inside. I called 3 times and they intentionally ingnored the phone, i could here the person inside and the phone ringing at the same time
Worst experience ever in a bottle with the young guy in there tonight! Older guy was awesome! This younger one needs to learn to show some respect for the customer, he should not be working in a customer service industry or needs a lot more training! The manager or older guy conducted himself very well and what you would expect when dealing with wine that tasted very unreasonable to your customer!
This place has everything you need at a decent price although I wouldn't buy single cans here
I Love the Bottle O. They have an incredibly high standard of Customer Service. Lane and all his staff are so welcoming and caring. I have built an amazing friendship with them. Prices are always cheap and worth ya buck.
Friendly greeting very helpful staff a good range and specials at great prices easy parking in a very convenient location. Would definitely recommend it

Good size store with massive range, The staff are so welcoming and friendly. Always eager to help and get you exactly what you need. I cannot recommend this bottle O more! If you need a new local that you'll enjoy visiting every time, definitely give them a go:)

Huge thank you to VJ and Ebin from Bottle O for staying open for us tonight, we made a run in from Falcon and the guys kept the shop open so we could get our Christmas grog. Will be using these guys as our local from now on, they are so friendly and helpful and they both live local, so go in and say G'ay
