The Body Shop

I normally love the body shop but the service i got here was unacceptable the lady FORCED me to buy the products she showed me and I didn't have the money today so I bought one so she wouldn't be mad yet I didnt want so I got a refund and she was so rude calling me arrogant and selfish as I all I wanted was my money back im NEVER shopping here again and u should too these people are so rude.

Was at the Booragoon store and must admit, has been the most amazing service. Friendly, prompt and efficient. Nadia was a star this morning. Went in to buy one thing and walked out with two.

I bought a few things for a gift. I love the Moringo body butter so bought that as well as a few other bits. The people serving were friendly and helpful.

A few weeks ago I was speaking to Anthony I think his name was. I was asking so many questions and about lots of products and he was so patient and great!
I bought the face cleanser he recommended as I was breaking out and within the first few uses my face was already cleared up!
Also love the toner he gave me.
Will definitely be back to get the other products he recommended!

I went in on sunday the 18th of july 2021 to buy me and my friend a body mist because we heard they smelled really good. We had bags and drinks in our hand so i put the body mists on a table to collect my money that i was going to pay for them with. A medium height black haired rude lady then approached my friend across the room saying "what happened to the 2 body mists sitting there? ! ". Accusing them of stealing. I then said that I had them in my hand and that I was planning on purchasing them. She did not belive us so she checked all of our bags.she then went on to give me a 2 minute speech on how stealing is bad when me and my friends never got close to stealing.

I took two days off work for the trip. It was not going well.
I thought I'd make myself feel better and do some shopping.
Claire helped me with everything and was absolutely lovely.
PLUS! The products she recommended me have completely cleared up my face!

I walked into The body shop to buy a gift but couldn't help notice the advertising in the store window. When are businesses and products going to learn to stop pushing an extreme leftist cultural Marxist agenda onto everyone. We (general public) are all getting sick of it. Its having the opposite effect. I'm boycotting this store from now (along with a bunch of other stores and products pushing the same agenda) and I'm letting all my friends know to add this business to their list to boycott. Australia and western society in general are quickly going down the sewer fast.

Hannah is an absolute SUPER STAR! She’s consistently polite, genuine and helpful. Once again a busy day and nothing was too much trouble, Hannah is a true ambassador and credit to the brand. Keep up your amazing service.

My daughter & I had a great time shopping at the Booragoon store recently, mostly because the staff there were so amazing. Kat, in particular, spent a lot of time with us and we never felt rushed or pressured. And we love our purchases!

Absolutely wonderful friendly staff! Always willing to help out, never understaffed. Really seem to care about your needs. Could not recommend a better place. Especially as it’s all cruelty free! Love love love! Thank you!

Yesterday I came into the store to have my make up done, this was a brilliant experience for me as Sarah was a lovely person and very attentive to every aspect of my skin care, not just my make up. The look itself was fantastic and I loved it! Her obvious dedication to her job is a credit to her and I would definitely reccomend the body shop to others for their outstanding service.
