The Body Shop

I went to The Body Shop Cockburn this afternoon and was served by Mia & Emily. They were absolutely wonderful assisting me with my queries and helping find the right products for me. Their customer service was excellent! Thanks ladies & thanks Body Shop I love your products!

Was served by a lovely lady today (Saturday 15th/7th) She helped with my picking out an eye brow pencil. For my elderly grandmother. She was very patient and helpful. Thanks very much! Appreciate the lovely customer service.

Lauren an Susanna were the most helpful delightful assistants. Also the shop was immaculate. It was truly a pleasure to shop there. Thank you I'll definitely will be back.

I went to the body shop to grab an advent calendar in October but as usual there are notoriously hard to get. The lovely staff took my name down and gave me regular updates on stock. I got a call on the 30th of November letting me know they were in and that one was put aside for me. I raced there straight after work and grabbed it just before closing time. Thank you so much for makong this Christmas time extra special for my wife and daughter, you ladies are legends!

Great shop.did not buy anything found the fish market outstanding fresh fish purchase ora king organic salmon it's the best in the world try some.

The rudest customer experience ive had, a woman who i assume to be the manager talked so condescendingly to us we walked straight out and left the sale

Staffs rude doesn't want to do bit of extra work while we were still in store n made a purchase they simply told us to contact customer service hence they could ve resolve issue on the spot.poor service

My GO-TO location (within all the) Bodyshops across the South of River. The Staff here are always So Lovely and Helpful, great product knowledge and far from the ‘pushy sales’! I bought 2 hemp lip balm from one of the body shop in Perth city and found out that one of them is
completely empty!
A manufacturing defect? Not sure.

We recently won a voucher for a free face mask, we went in and the service was unbelievable. The staff were very nice and friendly, they were quick and organized and we left very satisfied. They are great people, the products are very good quality, and the shop is just amazing. I will definitely come here again and I have recommended this to my friends who have also given back good feedback. Keep doing what you’re doing, The Body Shop, love you guys!

Great customer service and care taken with wrapping gifts. I was impressed with the product knowledge and how the young sales assistant advised me to shop for teenage girl or older man.

Haven't been in here in years but happily surprised, everything is categorized by body e.g. Face, hands, scent, children. They have some great stuff for Christmas.

I've been having some problems with my skin breaking out since I've started working out every day so decided to pop by The Body Shop in Rockingham. The lady who came up to me was so lovely, instantly asking if she could help me with anything. I've explained my situation and she offered to do a skin test for me since I knew nothing about my own skin whether it was oily or dry etc. Turns out my skin is dry, so she explained to me what type of products I should be using, why I should be using it and also how much I should be using. She also tested some products on me as well as giving me knowledge about these products. I loved that she then also helped my 2 friends with the exact same things. Not once did I feel she just wanted to sell stuff to me and get me out again, she was so calm and willing to listen and help me. It was genuinely exceptional customer service and I will now always return to that store. Unfortunately the only thing that was my downfall is that they did not have Afterpay or Zippay since I'm on a tight budget and paynents would have benefited me so much.
The lady that helped me was called Michelle, fantastic job and thanks for your patience.

The lady in store today (I think her name was Stevie) was super helpful and so lovely - she was full of information and helped me find the skin care range best suited to my skin (and gave me a few samples to try!). She definitely made it a pleasant experience:)
