TBC Rockingham is amazing! The knowledge Dave the coach has in Nutrition and the human body is amazing! He has helped me find the motivation I needed to help achieve my goals. The group classes feel like a personal training session with a real community feeling.

Didn't finish my 6 week challenge due to lack of consultation, lack of contact and lack of 1 on 1 support. Also, the group sessions were lacking energy and enjoyment factor. (N)

Coaches go above and beyond to ensure members not only set reachable goals but make sure they smash through those goals on the way to a better version of themselves:)
