The Blue Budha

I have booked twice with a particular reader, at both Clarkson and Warwick stores, and on both occasions had the readings cancelled on the day. So disappointed with the service, as on both occasions I had rearranged my work days to attend. On the first occasion I had driven an hour to attend, only to discover appt was cancelled when I arrived. Very disappointing and unprofessional: (

Love this place! The staff are always super friendly and knowledgeable. The crystals, jewellery and giftwares are beautiful. I would visit every week if my budget allowed.

I always have great conversations with the staff at this establishment. They are always recommending me different crystals for depending on what I need. The energy in the store is so pure and I resonate with it well. Whenever they’re unboxing new product while I’m there, they welcome me to look through it. I have bought so many beautiful pieces there and have had no issues of breaking or damage. 5 stars!

I am so happy I went in not only did I need the beautiful and peaceful vibe but I was helped by a beautiful soul go check the store out please its a must and if they have the aura mist buy it before they sell out again

Went recently and was served with terrible customer service. So rude! One staff seemed to laugh at my beautiful son with disabilities… can not believe it! Had to leave the store without a purchase. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I will be spreading the word on Facebook

I went in today to purchase some new crystals and I was so happy with my crystals but also the kind and super helpful girl that was working today she went out her way to assist me I'll definitely be back again

I love this place. It’s my favourite shop and I love the crystals and the energy there. The staff there are all empaths, healers and old souls. The atmosphere is amazing? I also love the clothes and the angel cards.
The new manager there is amazing too loved chatting with her during my last visit when I purchased my new “Elestial” crystal.

The guy does cashier should know what “customer service” means. Doesn’t even deserve a single star. Hope they can manage the shop only with other helpful staffs but definitely not him.

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Doesn’t even deserve one star, I bought a dress that was faulty after one wear and no attempt to remedy because it wasn’t within the 30day refund or exchange “policy” so they have zero manufacturers warranty which is illegal in Australia. Will be making a formal complaint under Consumer guarantees act

The lady that worked today was so lovely it really made the store have a good vibe too it when you walk in

Really dissapointed with the reading with rob when he asked me generic questions which didn’t fit me he got angry and cancelled my reading.
I feel you were exposed at this reading rob really wondering why you took that anger out on me.
