Beautiful setting. Tent very clean. Neighbours in next tent were noisy until midnight. Staff helpful.

Perfect relaxing time while in Broome. Tent accommodation was amazing - glamping at its finest. Lovely pool, good grassed areas, and great atmosphere to rest and enjoy

We had a few issues which we brought to the staffs attentions. The issues where not addressed and it seemed excuses where made to ignore our complaints. Nothing major, just poor service for a high end and over priced resort.

The Billi is 6 star and above with amazing facility’s and beautiful tropical gardens.
We opted for the glamping option with the queen tent once again amazing clean and comfortable

Not a bad resort, but not fantastic either. Was different to advertised so have put it down from 3 star. Felt was a bit overpriced as well. Positives: Very nice pool area, quite clean and well maintained.

My advice to the public that wish to travel to Broome is:
1. Avoid travel there ATM due to the horrendous level of crime happening!
2. Apparently 42 cars have been stolen from resorts in the month of December alone.
3. If you do travel there PLEASE take out travel insurance, use barbed wire to lock everything, lock all valuables in safes, lock all doors
4. Take out zero liability Car insurance when you rent a car
5. Be prepared to have local kids enter your room! They are ninjas at this and very good at what they do.
Finishing off with this. Dave and Rachel I understand the crime in Broome is not your fault! The judicial system and Kimberly council need to act on what is going on up there otherwise - tourism will be non existent!
You guys tried to soften the blow to our stay by looking after our robbed friends by offering a new car to them and a locked villa! Yes they didn’t lock their tent.with the first robbery.
BUT can you now explain to me how we got robbed in a locked villa on the last night!? !? !

Dave - your customer service with how you spoke to me on the phone was appalling! I was disgusted in your accusations and lack of compassion for my friends that lost almost everything in your establishment and you still wanted to charge them a $4000 liability!
My partner and I will NEVER return to your businesses again!
The only good thing i will say about our stay at your resort was that your outdoor showers were amazing!
Improve your customer service skills with people when things go wrong and be more compassionate. We were the victims not the perpetrators!

Awesome place to stay! Beautiful garden and swimming pool. The house was super clean and stunning. We had the check in with an absolutely lovely and caring person. Will definitely go back there!

Always brilliant to stay here. Always clean. Perfect grounds and pool. Lovely staff. Quality crockery, cutlery, sheets, towels and other furnishings. The best in Broome.

Had the luxury king tent. Perfect. I think the standout for this place is the small extras. Free use of laundry. Hire car for 15 bucks per hour if you want to do quick shopping and not have to pay for taxi. Free draw of DVDs to watch. Very very friendly staff. Totally recommend

There are 8 tents and 8 houses. There is a pretty big pool that has nice water. Although not close to much (you will need a car) there is the zookeepers cafe that serves great food.

Lovely quiet place, away from the tourist hustle and bustle. You could sit by the pool and relax. Staff were excellent and very helpful. We stayed in one of the villas, clean and a good size.

We had a fantastic time at the Billi. Very peaceful place, beautiful lush garden, beautiful pool, very cosy and pretty family tent. The kids loved it! Also the outside shower! We will have to come back! Thank you! Caroline and Mark xxx

Only stayed the one night but was very impressed with the accommodation. Lovely grounds and very private. Pool was also very nice although no real shallow area so not really safe for little, non-swimmers.

Great place, rooms are fantastic and the pool area is superb! Loved our visit and will be back.

Rooms are nice, stayed in a villa with a comfy bed and all the essentials provided. Pools very clean and a great atmosphere.
I was impressed with the hire car deal $10 an hour if you need to nip to the shop or wherever! Great idea and very helpful.

We stayed in a queen bed tent at first. It was too hot and we moved to a 2 bedroom villa which is beautifully equipped. Location is great and the couple running the villa were so accommodating and went out of their way to assist us

Just came home from a beautiful holiday in broome and stayed at the billi resort. This resort is the most beautiful and relaxing place i have stayed in, the self contained units have everything that you need plus more. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they go out of thier way to make sure your stay is as comfortable and relaxing. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in broome i highly suggest the billi resort.

This is an amazing place. Lovely gardens well maintained. The echo tents are great value and luxury for those who don't want to do the "real tenting".
