This was my first time buying a bike and Sam was very helpful in explaining the differences in bikes and general tips. Also thanks to the gentleman who showed me how to take the front wheel off to fit in the car, it was much appreciated. More than happy with their service.

Amazing service. Peter at the front was extremely generous with his time when it came to explaining which bike was best suited to my needs. He didn’t try to push any products on me that wasn’t essential and was super helpful throughout the whole process.

I came into the store for a comprehensive service on my bike before going on a big tour overseas. While they did a lot of things to it like exchanging the chain, gear cables, etc I felt the humanity of the service was missing. I felt like just another customer to squeeze money out. And no mention of a 24hr service. It took a day to get a call for the assessment. Then it was a 10 day wait for spare parts. No bike rental as advertised either, not even offered. No notification when it was done. I had to call and inquire. Then I was handed the bike and bill of $420. No explanation. I had to go through the bill what it meant and what got done. After riding a few km I noticed that the gears were jumping and went into a different store where they fixed the gearing and also noticed that a few of the gears weren’t accessible. While the other mechanic did what he could and explained that it was probably due to a fault in the bottom bracket thread, I wish I got that explanation from the original mechanic instead of getting it handed out without any explanation.
To make things worse, today one of my new pedals for which I paid $50 just fell apart because of its cheap materials and production - after only three days of riding! A rather disappointing experience with this store. If I hadn’t left the country already, I would not go back here.

We looked at another shop and chose to check out Trek. From the first interaction to the last, so far, it has been amazing. The experience and knowledge of the team members through to product range is great. I would highly recommend novice riders like our selves, as well as other levels of experienced riders, to visit Trek and have a chat about your needs. I guarantee you will not leave disappointed. I will be back to purchase a E-Bike to keep up with the kids! Thanks team on looking after us. Special shout out to Ben for being fantastic and making some great recommendations. Very bad service.flat tyres, clogged valve, and filthy gears, obviously not cleaned properly. Guys you need to read this and clean up your act!

Have a Trek Fuel Ex 8 2021 and been riding it for a year. Had the free service done early on but after putting through a fair amount of riding by the end of the year I felt the bike needed a proper service (besides just degrease and clean I usually do) but was hesitant to spend the money. Booked in for the level 2 service and couldn't be happier, bike is looking and feeling great. They put some kind of a frame cleaner and it looks new! Travis did an excellent job and gave me a thorough run through everything he did including regreasing my pivot threads which were bone dry after the winter rides.

Connor, Kian and Travis have always provided excellent service. Very accommodating in helping out when I had a short turnaround to enable me to get parts flown out and keeping my bike rolling.

I was very pleased with the service provided by Connor and Travis. Travis went above and beyond his duties and maintained excellent communication. This Trek Store deserves high praise for their professionalism and quality.

Awesome team, bought a new bike recently after a horrible experience at another store and couldn’t be happier with it. The whole shop is amazing and the customer service is impeccable.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. I was served by Connor who was straight to the point with no BS. Very fast turn around time for the bike to be assembled and ready to ride. Even the young bloke who dealt with the hand over of the bike was very helpful and informative explaining in depth the correct way and steps to take when transporting my new bike. Could not be happier!

These guys are always friendly, helpful and fix the bike with a very quick turn around. Highly recommended.

That was the best customer service that I have ever experienced in Australia! The lady that greeted me when I walked in and walked me to my car was awesome. The service tech explained all of the costs during the process. It was a great experience in customer service!

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Ordered a bike for me, was ready and waiting for me the next day even threw something for free. Definitely recommend this shop.

My Local TBE seem to have the best selection of bikes. I wanted an ebike went to some other Giant dealerships and none of them had any stock doesn't figure to me. Any how ordered the bike late one night online they had it ready for me the next day. Great the bike is awesome so far. That said I think that some of the shop floor staff could do with some further training. Not the best of service being ignored left standing around. Thing is the bicycle industry has got it quite good at the moment lots of people buying bikes, and E bikes aren't cheap some of the staff are not very knowledgeable on E bikes either.
