The Berry Farm reviews
68Unsure about cafe for cafe only operates from 11: 30am-3pm and missed this time. The jams, sauces, liqueurs are nice and samples are available. These are offered via a separate store on same premises qhich operates 10am-4pm.
Nice stop for lunch. The toastie on Turkish bread was soooo yummy. Came with big side salad. Good value. Also tasting and produce shop great idea. Definitely worth a visit
Been here a few times now and the food is always spectacular! All the family enjoy coming here, and GF is not a problem. Sharing the table with blue wrens in spring is also such a great experience. It is well worth the trip out. Of course we always have some tastings of the produce and wines available at the cellar and usually leave with a plum port and some preserves at the very least!
Delightfully rustic original farmhouse set on a farm southeast of Margatet River. Bitumen access with a short gravel entry. ACROD parking and access is provided. Indoor and outdoor dining is provided, within attractive grounds, bush ambience and paddocks. Wtens and Honeyeaters abound and come to the outdoor tables. This place sells it's own fruit produce made into various liquors. The menu includes their well known and enjoyed berry pie.
Made a reservation for 12.30pm. At ten past one I was still in the queue having waited 40 mins to order food with two very young frustrated children and had to give up. The place was swarming with flies and it just felt we had wasted the hour drive and hour parking, waiting and leaving with hour drive back for nothing.
Five happy stars from me. The day we went was busy and staff were clearly working hard with a big influx of guests. I ordered the pancakes.very good but that Mulberry Pie? Absolutely divine. All this in a natural beautiful setting. You should be proud Michael. His review responses on tripadvisor are a hoot
A must place to visit if you like jam. There are many variety to choose from. I must that say that the Whisky Marmalade is the best that I have tasted.
