The Bentley Hotel

We had a nice evening out on the 27/9/23 for my wife’s birthday at the Bentley for Dinner a lovely Gentleman at the bar was very polite and helpful to my wife and I when we ordered our drinks & meals he took extra care & excellent way of looking after us for the evening, and so was the waiter that had a lovely big smile on his face every time he came around to serve us and the next table to us yes we will be coming again to this lovely venue. After coming here for years would have to say I'm disappointed with how things have made huge differences with all the services Bently provide. Came for Christmas in July celebration to get cold meals and was glade it was replaced with another cold meal. The food quality has gone down hill and wouldn't recommend any of my friends and family to come here. Last year Christmas feast was the best food and service this place has provided my family with.

Tuesday senior's menu - had snapper & it was first class. Followed by dessert & coffee only $26. Really good value. Service was good too.

Food was dry and overcooked. The entertainment (quiz night) was so overpowering that no one could have a conversation. It should be held in a seperate place to the restaurant. Not enough staff and they're run off thier feet. Very sad to see it go down so much in such a few short years. Very overpriced for what you get. I feels ad for the lovely staff.

Very impressed by my first visit (in a long time). Modern and clean. Staff were friendly. Kids area has a TV showing ABC kids and toy kitchen, cubby etc with and some great wooden toys to go with it. Heaps of TVs of you want to watch a sporting match without crowding around just the one screen.

Love the parma nice and big went there like last year on tuesday kid ate for free wen adult buys a meal is that still happing kids eat free on tues

Fish and chips not worth the money very small tail end of fish, parmi they need to learn a how to make true parmi.
Staff didn’t even clear our plates.

This was a great pub but not so much now! Not sure if it is under new management & new chef as the meals were basic. I had the fish & chips & complained about the size of the fish only to be told its gold band snapper & the salad consisted of just lettuce! The parmi was just a slap of ham on top & the guiness pie was very salty! The waitress was quite rude & didn't want to know & we were ignored after that even our plates were not cleared away! It's certainly not the same pub & meals, unfortunately we will not be back!

Sarah, Simone and Mike are the best in hospo. After a hard day, they always make me smile. 10/10

Remarkable venue with outstanding staff. From the amazing steak sandwich made by Sushmita (I had to find out her name), to the extra ordinary customer service offered by Sheila and Simone, I have had to look nowhere else. Live Sport, nice feed and good vibes. What's not to love? !

I enjoy spending time here and especially if Michael is on, he always makes everyone feel welcome

The Bentley Hotel, off Albany HWY, is absolutely fantastic and so welcoming to all their guests. The moment you arrive, you are always greeted by a fantastic smile from both Sheila and Simone. These ladies are so driven in ensuring you feel both comfortable and welcomed, and always happy to suggest ideas if you're stuck on what to order. Their customer service is always at the forefront of their respective duties, and this is evident by both their passion and commitment, ensuring your experience is a returning one.  Mike and Max, well what can I say about these two gentlemen. Funny, witted and always will make you laugh no matter how bad your day was. Max, especially, is so passionate about his pouring skills, you must order either a Guinness or Espresso Martini, to witness such perfection.  The food is fantastic. Well you would expect that anyway when they have the best chefs in town! Also, I don't want to give this away, as it would probably disadvantage me ordering drinks due crowds; however, they have "happy hour" every day between 5-6, also included over the weekends, hence every day. Half price tap beers and house wines. Half price! But, don't just take my word for it, I highly recommend the Bentley Hotel, and love spending time here with my mates.

Went last Friday for a pub lunch feed, had the chicken parmi and it was absolutely amazing, serving size was good! Can't wait to try more of their dishes.
Ambiance was lovely, modern, yet cozy and comfy.
I was served by Michael and Lani and can't find any fault in the quality of their service, profesionalism, and how friendly they were. Looking forward to visit again.

The staff were amazing above and beyond our expectations. Ilana and Emily brilliant. Plus all other staff. Management should be proud of there staff.

Friendly staff and excellent range of finger food, great venue for private functions. Not flash tho

Went today for my mums 84th birthday staff were wonderful and patient, Venue manager is gold, absolutely lovely, great food as always too

Checked out menu on website on arrival was told that the prices on the menu are different didn’t have updated prices.very disappointed with my meal had the Easter special Salmon was expecting Atlantic Salmon when it came out it was the ordinary Salmon not worth $28 husband had the Cheese burger average didn’t have the $6.20 beers that were advertised in the Website ️️
