If I could do minus two stars I would. I’ve visited multiple times with the intent to spend money and buy new perfumes. Each visit I was glared at like I was going to steal, I haven’t experienced this anywhere else. If I ask for help the staff shrug it off and follow with asking “are you going to buy it or not” before walking away from me. All staff have immediately treated me as if I’m a thief and unworthy of their products. Will not visit again which is a shame as I have an unused gift card for their store.

Advertised 70% off, there wasn't a lot of items discounted. Waited to be served while two girls were on their phones. I walked out without been served.

A great team with a wide range of skills! Great range of products. Love this place (heaps of amazing Christmas gift ideas) and amazing perfumes. Highly recommend!

I would like to say a big thank you to the lovely Jo Hollands at The Beauty Shop Bunbury for her assistance last week. My husband and I attended a wedding in Perth on the weekend. I rarely wear makeup but decided I just needed a light foundation and a lipstick to compliment my outfit. The Body Shop Bunbury was recommended to me by Jess from Oshan Aesthetics Bunbury.
Jo took time to determine what I was looking for, we discussed skin type, the type of coverage I wanted, the colours in my dress before suggesting a product and sitting me down to colour match. It was a lovely half hour and I was very happy with Jo’s product recommendations and colour choices.

Jo was amazing. My friends all commented my make-up was on point. I will be back.maybe if you provide a deal like Mecca.

The store has a great range of perfumes and cologne.the staff have personalities of wet blankets

FREE gift with purchase over $60. Don't waste your time with the SMS just sent out about a "FREE 8-piece Clinique gift worth $135 and a free skincare tryout" - nothing FREE here, false advertising/messaging.

I feel sad. After literally asking for a lash lift, tint and brow wax, they forgot to do the lash lift! The lady helping me seemed suddenly to have ran out of time. This is not what I asked for.

I do also love the fact that they are also willing to hand out testers so that I can try products on my sensitive, acne-prone skin before purchasing.
I can't deny, their products are very pricey compared to drugstore but quality is 100%.

A good place if you bought something you like, but in the case you have been given the wrong advise and bought the wrong product and want to change it (even tho you willing to pay the extra) it is another story.
Bought a cream cleanser as i said my face doesn't like exfoliator, but been given a exfoliator cleanser, the tube does not says that but they should know.so went back says i want to swope it to the another one, if there are price difference, i am willing to pay, but the only sentence their staff ever said to me is no she cant? Excuse me? I spent over thousands in the past but now just because of a $50 cleanser, they changed my thinking all over. I would rather go to perth to stock up my beauty stock or buy online rather than buying for them! Now i have go thru my never opened stock room's door to dig out a receipt so i can just have a talk with their manager even not to swope?

Had a great experience today with jess she made me feel confident about myself I can still look good she did not know I have recently lost a great deal of weight and the experience today has now attributed to my ongoing confidence I would recommend a vist to the beauty shop
