We were attended by Vish today at the store. He was very helpful and although he couldn’t help us due to my sons foot size being In-between sizes and lack of stock he recommended us alternatives and his service was great. Nice to have some customer service where the salesperson genuinely cares about getting you the right product versus just getting money in the till.

A big thank you to Ben at the Midland branch for helping me out with a new pair of Kayano's not only do they feel amazing! But the service was above and beyond, went through multiple pairs, multiple sizes until finding my ultimate fit. Will definitely be back.

My husband required help with inner soles. His feet were very sore from a possible spur. The guy who helped us was very friendly and had hubby go on the foot analyser to figure out foot type and type of in sole he would need. Hubby says he is more than happy with the service and care provided.

The staff were very helpful and well trained. If you have a foot problem (my wife has bunions) this is the place to get specialist advice.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful and made getting my sons new shoes a breeze even though it was super busy as well!

(on 24/01/2022) who helped me and my daughters she went above and beyond helping us get the right shoes. I went to another shop in the same shopping centre before attending here but they were so rude and left me standing in the middle of the shop, so I was hesitant about being treated the same in the athletes foot, but how wrong was I? Mikaela made us feel like we were important and really felt she wanted to make sure we get the best fitting shoes for us, she was also great with one of my daughters who was being a little difficult about taking her shoes off…to the manager of this shop take note of this girl she is an awesome asset to your company!

Mikayla (sorry if i spelt it wrong) provided an exceptional service tonight. Offering brilliant advise and some of the best customer service i have seen in a long time. My partner and I purchased a set of trainers and will be back in a few weeks for work boots for myself. I dont often leave reviews unless the service is well and truly above the norm and she hit the nail on the head and still managed to serve 3 other people at the same time! Thanks for the advice, we will be back!

Got the MyFit 3D scan of my foot and walk. Staff (who I later learned was the manager) was friendly but even though she identified I have very narrow feet, she gave me a $220 wide fit shoe. I didn't realise at the time and trusted her advice. After a week I was questioning the fit and did some research and realised I had a wide fitting shoe. Went to the Morley store who's manager advised she had "no idea" why she would give me a wide fitting shoe. Unfortunately now I'm off to give an even worse review of the Morley store. After these experiences I say to avoid Athlete's Foot - ridiculously over priced shoes for what you get. And to give a narrow foot a wide shoe seems like the biggest rookie move ever.

Just wish they would put prices on stuff, paid $35each for 2 pairs of socks last time and this time was $30 something for laces.its beneath them to gouge loyal customers like this.

The service in this store is excellent
The product knowledge and technical knowledge of the staff is very very good.
The shoes are high quality; so not cheap but if you get your feet wrong your back pays for it
