Needed to return for a refund, excellent service, no drama's unlike some other retailers

Perfect Customer Service! Came here for a scan and got new running shoes. After 6 weeks the sole came off. They took the shoes back without any questions and gave me new ones.

Thank you Hayden! Went above and beyond to help me find the perfect runners for my problem feet. Super friendly with an impressive product knowledge. Ive bought two pairs of shoes from this store on two seperate occasions and I will continue to do so. Could not be happier with the level of service and the shoes I got. 11/10

After checking out 5 different shoe stores across two shopping centres and not really getting any service, I walked into your store a bit frustrated however left feeling great. Sarah's customer service was brilliant, was patient, did her best to cater to what I was looking for and the best thing was her knowledge on the different shoes I tried on.

Went into Athlete's Foot today. I was very happy with my purchase.salesman Grant helped me with everything. My feet were measured up. And sized up perfectly. They do half sizes there too! My feet have never been so happy.

Went in to purchase a new pair of sneakers, and have always found it hard to buy shoes due to my wide foot. Sarah was fantastic! She listened to my needs and helped me buy the perfect shoe! So nice to have a retail assistant who does their job well and listens to the customer! Thanks Sarah!

Excellent customer service by Genina, very friendly, professional and patient. My gf was looking to buy a new training shoe to match her feet condition and Genina was able to use her expertise with so much patience to analyse and advise on the best shoes available. Highly recommend this store for their great customer service and quality products.

The staff member that helped us was fantastic, she offered a range of shoes and offered great advice on fitting and styles. We were really happy with our final purchases and would definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Outstanding service from Dan!

Went in today to have some gym shoes fitted, was a bit apprehensive as I'd previously had a bad experience at another franchise but needed to replace the shoes my puppy had chewed.

Dan understand my concerns and talked me through everything, he was efficient yet friendly and developed strong rapport in a short time. There was no awkward silence or stumbling over answers or leaving me for an hour like my other experience, he even talked me through the process so I knew what to expect.

I had mentioned being pressed for time and he had me in and out within 15 minutes without comprising anything and I ended up buying two pairs of comfortable and fashionable gym shoes!

I love buying my working shoes specially here in Joondalup store. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special hout out to Michelle for being so helpful everytime I visit the store. She’s always there to answer your questions and willing to give you recommendations.

I had the best experience at Athletes foot in Joondalup this morning. My son Chase is autistic. He has major sensory issues. Matthew (Matt) was absolutely AMAZING with my son! Athletes Foot this guy is a real asset to your company! He deserves a huge pay rise or bonus! Thank you so much Matt. We’ll be back for all our shoes in the future. ️

Today i went to athletes foot at Joondalup I will never return the attitude of the shop assistant (not the pregnant one) was one of the worse i have come across my shoe size is 7 always has been 7 not 8 but no you brought out 8 (because you know better was the attitude) then when i said they are to big the "reply "was well i will bring out a 7 then with attitude i said leather will stretch a little: reply: was we don't make shoes to stretch i would of like to try 6 1/2 but was so offended by her attitude i was well and truly over it she then walked off to serve someone else before finishing, really and you wonder why i didn't come back and spend my 200 + i have worked retail so i know anyone can have a bad day but this was just rude
