Got nikes from, first day I wore them it was already getting damaged, never buying shoes from this store again

Brodie served me today and was so helpful and friendly I would highly recommend shopping there

Very pleasant shopping experience. Staff extremely approachable and professional. Was able to find the right shoe for my foot with their foot and gait analysis equipment. Feel like I’m walking on clouds and have since ran in the shoes completely pain free. Will 100% be coming back and recommending to anyone who asks.

Called into Athlete's foot yesterday to buy a pair of hiking boots, was approached by a senior lady explained what I was after, and was abruptly told no we don't sell them try an outdoor store or shop. Walked out a bit disappointed. After having a coffee walking past the shop again noticed a pair of hiking boots on display, entered shop and was approached by Kelliie B. I explained what I wanted and for what purpose, Kellie was so helpful and recommended other options fit for purpose. Ended up buying a pair of Hoka trail shoes. Thank you kindly Kellie B for you time and knowledge you are an asset to Athlete's foot.

Always great service from the team here at Whitfords Hillary's. In my opinion they are the best athletes foot around. My son's love getting their fastest shoes around from here.

Great customer service from the Whitfords store today, had purchased a pair of sports shoes (same type/brand as I’ve had for past 4 pairs of shoes) which felt a bit different to usual and bit of discomfort during the week, the girl and guy were very accommodating and professional and allowed me to switch pairs without fuss! Skye the cashier at your company was so extremely helpful. I was a little bit nervous because I knew I would be having to spend my savings and so I wanted somebody who knew what they were talking about. Thankfully Skye was so knowledgeable within the field of athletes foot. I suffer with sever shin splints and Skye knew more than I did about my own injury. I left feeling confident and exited to try my new shoes.

I ordered shoes from athletes foot online as I live in a remote area.received my order with the incorrect shoes.contact customer service and the store it was sent from about the situation.
They want me to wait for a return bag to be sent to me which will take about a week then send my incorrect shoes back which will be another week then they send me the correct shoes which will be another week so all up 3 weeks for the companies mistake or I purchase my correct shoes in the mean time which is more money out of my pocket and once they receive my incorrect shoes they will refund me.
This is very bad customer service for your mistake.

I will take the refund but won't be purchasing my correct shoes from athletes foot so in the case you have lost a sale and a long term customer.

Bought some shoes during the week and I was great ful for the extremely helpful staff that fitted me in to some shoes that fit, which is rare for my wide islander feet

Went to buy some expensive running shoes and was first in the store. A female walked in 5 minutes after me and the middle aged sales woman ignored me then went straight to her to ask did she need assistance but not me. How rude, how sexist. Cmon this is 2021! So I walked out and bought a great pair at a nearby competitor. Be warned men

I went to the athletes foot Whitfords today to purchase a pair of shoes in their after Xmas sale,
At the point of sale I presented a credit note from a previous manager and it was refused
Despite being signed, dated, stamped with the Athletes Foot - Whitfords city stamp
and it had my full name on it?

As a returning customer it is more than disappointing when they won’t honour a credit note from a previous sale. I bought
my last pair of runners there

This was MY MONEY from a previous sale!
You treated it like it wasn’t important
Like my money didn’t exist, like it wasn’t your problem, That is terrible customer service

Needless to say I won’t be shopping there again, my friends and family won’t be shopping there again, and I strongly discourage anyone else from shopping there either, buy your shoes online!

really disappointed customer

I have bought my last 4 pairs of trainers from Athlete's Foot and always had great service. This time was no different but the first time in WA. Brodie took the time to explain the shoes and the diffence between the different brands. I highly recommend him and the store at Whitfords Avenue. Thanks Brodie
