Yeah, the staff gave me great service & more so by accommodating to my disability too. Because the staff listened & understood my needs, advising which pair would best tend to alleviate my ailments/complaints. He explained the difference between alternate styles of shoes of the same brand that weren't available here, but we're at other stores. Saying, we don't carry that edition of ASICS because those ones are 'casual styled shoes', not designed for support/performance, necessarily. These ones are. So that's what convinced me to buy this particular model from here. He even gave me a discount too. All ending on a great note. Happy days.

Athlete's Foot in Hay St Mall Perth is fantastic, with a high tech approach to making sure your athletic shoes are a perfect fit. I'm sure all their stores would do the same.
I was interested in the 'Hoka' brand. The store attendant Wendy was patient and could not do enough to help me understand the brand and features of each different design.

Had the best customer service I think we have ever recieved from any shop. Danique at the Hay Street store was full of knowledge and made our visit enjoyable. We not only found a perfect pair of shoes each, but we also learnt why those shoes were a fit for us and what our feet needed. Such an amazing person and such an amazing experience.

Went I to the athletes foot in Hay street mall. Met a very knowledgeable young lady (Wendy) who works in there and explained my foot issue - very + high arch, even with some so called arch support shoes my plantar/arch is often suspended in a "no support" zone.
I explained the entire situation and Wendy found me every arch supporting show in the building, plus some good arch supports.
She worked to hone in on the model that felt the best on my foot and what made the pinnacle pair feel better than the others through a process of comparison/elimination and analyzed out the whole thing with me.
I left there very satisfied with a pair of shoes and 2 pairs of arch supports.

As soon as I entered into the store today, staff at the reception used a word 'cracker' on me. There was no one else present in the store at the time. This is distateful and disgusting. As if it was my fault, to save the situation, I approached the unwelcoming staff requesting if they could show me the shoes what I was looking for. Anyways, because of racist behavior of your staff, you lost a customer.

Staff here were extremely helpful & had me try on a range of shoes. Found the pair that suited me best & the price was comparable to my old Brooks. Super comfy shoes for a wide range of uses. I will be back.

Probably the best place to get shoes from, Max was there who took my size on the machine and the shoes which I was looking for they didn't have at the moment so he ordered them from the other branch. Their customer service is great had fun talking to them. Keep up the good work guys.

Really helpful and friendly staff who despite being busy where very attentive and took the time to help me choose the shoes I wanted.

It's great that this is a bit hidden from the main street, because we would look so stupid running around the shop trying on all the different shoes.
We had an excellent experience with the staff here (Shannen, in particular) who was incredibly helpful doing assessments of our walking style and foot load distribution, as well as taking the time help us try on shoes and explaining the differences and merits of each pair - would definitely shop here again for a pair of running shoes.

P. S. If you're looking for leather shoes etc this is probably not the place for you.

Just bought a new pair of shoes for work and the staff were great. I hope my shoe lace requests weren't too annoying!

The girl with the glasses ran out the store after me when I left my receipt behind. I would name names if I remembered them but commends to the staff members for a great experience.
