The Athlete's Foot

Returned some Asic Kayano 29's to the Karrinyup store (that I had bought at their Albany store). Advised that I had been wearing them for a month before experiencing major discomfort in my right heel. Discovered that the shoe was collapsing at the right hand side of the heel which was causing me the pain. Told the Manager who said that these shoes are supposed to be outward dominant for arch support, asked how long I'd had them. Didn't offer to look up my purchase on the system or inspect the shoe. Advised that I had owned many pairs of Asics (manager interrupted me mid-sentance) that while I'd had this occur on Kayano's after a year and a half of wear, that 30 days of wear didn't seem reasonable for a shoe to last. Especially considering that I only walk and not run in them.

Big shout out to Campbell who provide the excellent service during my time here. Had been to many The Athletic’s Foot store. Campbell is the only one who’s really helping me to find the perfect shoes. 5 stars for whom provide good service and assistance.

Went in with my mum today to have her gait analysed and we were dealt with by Michael. As others have admitted to, went in with the intention of seeing what fit her well and then coming home and buying online but am now going to return to buy from Michael after the service we received (didn't have my purse on me!) Top customer service and was patient and helpful and friendly, a credit to the store.

Such a great experience with this store. I've always got our young daughters sneakers from here but chose to get my own from here this season and could not fault the impeccable service. The team here not only know their stuff about fitting the right shoe to your foot they all do it with a friendly impressive service. This will be our family shoe go to store from now on! With full transparency, I went to The Athlete’s Foot today to browse with the intention of going home and buying online. I was helped by Amber, who was so friendly and helpful I ended up buying a pair of Hoka runners on the spot! 10/10 would buy here again.

Shoes do not fit well.

When I question the sales assistant he THEN advises the specifications 3D fitting machine calculated and the shoes he provided have different specifications.

The shoes, which match the 3D fitting machine's report, are not available.

You believe the school shoes you are provided match exactly what the 3D fitting machine calculates and specifies.

Athlete's Foot fail to provide full disclosure and you leave with an expensive ill-fitting school shoe.

A quick call to see if they had any black shoes to suit standing on my feet for long periods. Popped into the shop, tried the shoes on - a perfect fit. Amazing service, friendly team and took less time than ordering a coffee!

The owners of this business are so passionate about their product and care so much about their customers experience! I was amazed at the level of care and attention they provided me and my daughters who were getting new sneakers at the time. Really appreciated their help.

Would avoid this store. No understanding of the Australian Consumer Act. Advised there are no warranty on shoes and my toe had caused a hole in the shoe!

It is a reasonable expectation that shoes should be designed to cater for toes and a $220 pair of ASIC running shoes should last longer than general use of 10 mths. Have posted a picture of another user's review who has had the same issue with these shoes.

Note to Athlete's Foot Head Quarters: The manager needs some serious training on the best way to manage customer complaints. I was told by the store my toe! Had caused a hole in the top of the 10 mths old running shoes, after expressing my disappointment and frustrating re the shoes, the manager asked if I had finished and if so leave the store. When asked why I was being asked to leave: I was then falsely accused of abusing 'his' staff.

I would not recommend this store.

Excellent service from start to finish my husband was buying trainers Michelle was fantanstic nothing was too.much trouble and Mitilda was amazing too fitting my husbands trainers Definitely know where to go now. Thank you ladies

This shop gives the best shoe advice & customer service of any store I have visited.
As a runner who chews through shoes, I wouldn't buy from anywhere else.

Fantastic customer service. We bought some shoes that had worn very well, the next pair (same brand) disintegrated very quickly. Due to lockdowns and my son's illness, it was a while before I could take them back in. Renee organised a swap of shoes despite the time that had passed. Really professional service that went above and beyond. Will be buying all of the kids shoes from there. It pays to support your local businesses.

Sorry the athlete's foot but i want to share my experience today. I visited today this store. I spend $270 and bought beast addition from brooks brand. I got one whole on my foot i dont know the lady and boy (long hair) name but they have no sympathy for my faulty shoes both are very rude and uninviting, they said we cant help you with this. This is not our fault. I spend $270 dollars and just two months done. This is worst experience with the athlete’s foot. I will never go back with this store. Tell me what should i do I really feel bad after spends too much money
