I've been in to this store twice and both times I've found the staff to be polite efficient and very kind. Their names are Sophie and Alistair. Thank you for a great experience.

My partner and I both went in looking for different types of runners and we had Sophie helping us. She was so incredibly helpful and generous with her time we were blown away by her service!

Had to wait a couple minutes for a staff member to be free. They were very helpful, friendly, explained everything well.

Visited store this afternoon was waiting in store with shoe in hand for service. Whilst this lady walked in and shoved a piece of paper to an employee who had just finished serving a customer and he had to say I will just put these shoes way and be with you. He then went out the back to bring another employee out and she started serving that said customer. I did say a few words because I was getting irate. Why can’t people see who’s waiting? Not happy!

When I asked my son (who has autism) what was the best part of going shopping today he said buying new school shoes. Staff member was superb.

My experience was amazing.

Best staff and services over there
Max and a trainee had helped me a lot in the recent visit. Ordered my shoes on Thursday after lunch, and they delivered to my door steps on Friday mid morning, super efficient.
Unfortunately I have changed my shoes from Brooks dyad (had four pairs in the last two years) to Brooks Ghost, not suitable for my feet with customised orthotics, took back on Christmas Eve, happily refunded in full after I had worn them nearly a week, no other where could give you a full refund after you have worn your shoes, they can do the swap or full refund within one month of purchase.
They are trustworthy, and staff are well trained.

Went back 3 times before the assistants stopped putting stock out and helped, however the assistance I got once I had their attention was good.

Appalling service, no help, too busy talking about the weekend and had zero care or product knowledge. Left to go to another store.

Bought an expensive pair of shoes, and within 6 months a manufacturer fault made them impossible to wear. Athletes Foot not only replaced them with a different brand, my usual type, but refunded the difference. No fuss no bother. Been shopping there for years, no wonder as always great service. Big thanks to Tirra.

Recently purchased new shoes for hubby as his Podiatrist suggested he get more supportive footwear. Our Attendent, Wendy, was able to advise us on the appropriate footwear to meet the heel support required. She was very patient, gave us options in shoes and ensured that we got the best fit. It was a long process, as hubby has mobility issues, but Wendy was always courteous and explained everything clearly. Very impressed with her high level of customer service and her knowledge of footwear. We walked away with supportive, yet comfortable shoes, all for a reasonable price. Will definitely return for future purchases.

I just had such a wonderful experience here. Taylor helped me with my 3 kids for school shoes. So helpful and so professional as well as complimentary coffee and hot chocolate for the kids. Superb service!

Looked at some work shoes. Disinterested sales clerk repeatedly telling me my size wasnt in yet unwilling to check other stores. Nor was he able to tell me which shoes HAD my size.

Helpful and friendly staff willing to assist in finding the right shoe or fitting thst is you.

My first visit to athletes foot and I was very impressed. I came to the store straight from the podiatrist with a vague idea of what I needed. The lady that helped me (on my receipt it says Jessica B) was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable and patient with my uncertainty. I left with a pair of Hokas and some supportive thongs. Oh My God the Hokas are life changing! So damn comfortable. Hopefully keep me running comfortably for years to come. Top notch service, i will definitely return when this pair of hokas are run into the ground! Thanks!

My son was being served by a very nice guy who does his job professional manner. Sadly, l have no idea what was his name who worked on 06/07/21. Unluckily the chosen shoe size was not at the Athlete's Foot Booragoon and he browsed it for us for the availability, and referred to AF, Cannington.
Though the service we received very strange at Cannington, we got the shoes my son likes with their directions
