The Athlete's Foot

First time shopping at the store (after a recommendation) and was very impressed with ther customer service. All three staff members were busy with customers but we were acknowledged with a smile, followed by verbal acknowldgement and that someone would be with us soon. The young lady who served us was lovely. Even watching the service provide to other customers while we waited was spot on. Very happy with our purchase and the service we received- best service I've experienced around town for a long time.

Wow! Reece and his colleague were amazing! I have been made incredibly uncomfortable in the past about the shape and size of my feet, so I usually did my own research and bought online hoping for the best. This time I needed advise and I felt that I needed to try them on before buying (even though you can send stuff back). We tried a few options and tweaked a little bit with an inner sole. I walked out with a pair that I never considered (but looked at so many times because heaps of friends use that brand and love it), a pair of shoes that felt so comfortable right away that I can't wait to try them. Thank you guys so much! I'll definitely back for my next pair!

I had excellent customer service by Joel! He is the man! I went in the first time to get a neutral pair of shoes he knew exactly what I meant, catered to my needs. After that we walked past and he came out of the shop to tell us that the shoes I was looking at were a neutral shoe (I wear orthotics).
I went in the following Sunday to buy the shoes, when choosing a size I stepped on the machine and he actually told me I am I 9 & 9.5 so I should go with a 10 or 10.5. He is the first person to say I needed a bigger size (my feet would hurt in a 9 too much) thanks Joel! Highly recommend

Joel was super helpful, nice and really took what I needed into account with getting me the right shoes.

I had to buy good shoes to do 4 months gruelling military recruitment training, went with Nike but had to get it fitted so went into these clowns and they fitted me with a shoes 2 sizes too big and had zero opportunity to get new shoes during recruits. An absolute F up on their part making protecting this country a bloody joke. Super massive negative rating. Scammers and incompetents.

Always seems empty and the men's range is looking very bland from a colour pallet perspective.hasn't inspired me to have a good look around for sometime now.

Walked in, customers were being served, they left our turn, girl went out the back man started unpacking boxes we were ignored obviously standing there waiting to be served. Couple of minures went by he finally looked up and said " girls name will be with you soon" then turned his back and went on unpacking. She came out a couple of minutes later and served us only to insist on a larger size shoe than normal which are almost unwearable. Wishing we walked out now and will never be using this store again.

We visited Athletes Foot in the Bunbury Forum yesterday and were very impressed with Kim M who served us. She was attentive and patient with us and helped solve my wife’s foot and leg aches which have eased today after using the shoes recommended to her by Kim. Thank you.

Having a son with autism and sensory issues it's not an easy job to take him shopping but Brenda made it so easy for my son and I. She let's us stay behind for 5 mins after closing hours just to make sure we found the right fit for my son. Those little things mean so much to my family! My dad has diabetes and needed specific help with new suitable footwear, Brenda provided excellent friendly service with attention to detail and my dad and his wife really appreciated her help.
