Went to the Cannington store and had a lovely Lady Vanessa serve me and my daughter. She was so helpful and nothing was a problem to her, it was a pleasure having a lovely staff member serve us, Vanessa showed she cared and helped us understand what works best for us, Vanessa is a delightful Lady and Athletes Foot should be very proud and Thankful to have her.

Stopped by Athlete's Foot Cannington today for some advice on my running shoes that were causing blisters. Instead of trying to sell me another pair of runners, or tell me to throw them out, Courtney was so helpful in finding a solution. She fitted a pair of insoles, and gave me some great advice for the future.

This guys are so good, helpfull. Last Nov l got a asics shoes and l had problem with this shoes after 4 month, l went there and showed them shoes and they immediately exchanged and gave me new. I'm very happy with this guys and recommend people go there if wanna good shoes and exchange warranty, thanks

store helped getting the right fit for my wife, he was very patient, although it wasn't straight forward.

The store is fortunate to have such a genuine sales person.

A product purchased, had an issue so visited the store as it was addressed by the customer centre. This store inspected the shoes and advised to wait for the replacement or feedback in 2 weeks; but no follow up and any update for longer than 7weeks.

Really good range and the service I received was top quality. They stock rocker bottom shoes (good support shoes) which was just what I was looking for.

I'm very happy with my new Saucony Triumph 19 running shoes purchased from this store. The staff, his name is Chase T, he knows and very knowledgeable so much about all running shoes in the market as he also a runner himself. Very polite, attentive, details to all my needs to find good running shoes adjusting my hurt right ankle. Thank you.

Great customer Service. Very friendly. And I bought my best shoes ever. So comfortable. It is worth buying in store than online.i knew online price was cheaper but i could not try on that shoes and no guarantee. But she gave me warranty and she brought many different styles of shoes to try on happily. I got my best one "Hoka" Thanks.

At the time of our visit this store was tidy and well presented, the staff were very courteous and professional.

Geffrey was absolutely amazing. He helped my wife find the perfect shoes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, he really cared about giving us great service. I will shop here again in the future.

Poor customer service; went to the store, waited for a good 10 minutes, nil staff approached me.

Had to wait about 25 minutes to get served, but once I was served, Matthew V, was on the ball.

Went to Athelete's Foot and was surprised to find that the school shoes there were cheaper than a couple of the other shoe stores in Carousel. Also both my girls were fitted by an AMAZING young man Kenny. Outstanding customer service!

Kim from Athlete’s Foot Carousel had the most amazing customer service.
She was very genuine and helpful, and explained clearly what could be causing the pain in my feet when going for runs!
She also took the time to go through different options and provided some advice on what could potentially resolve the issue.
10/10 would recommend this store mostly due to Kim’s service!
