Audiologist Monika carried out the most thorough hearing test I have ever had. Very professional and friendly, she showed me the results on computer display and promised to email these later.
Making a next day appointment was easy and because it had been arranged through my GP it was free!
I thouroughly recommend them.

Mum was left feeling very upset. Both mum and myself found the audiologist had a huge attitude problem and plus had no care for her feelings - very blunt and rude. Have now got a audiologist close by who is lovely. Very caring and makes people feel very wanted plus she goes out of her way to to do everything she can for the person. Caring manner is a huge part of anyone dealing with people. It is no use trying to speak to a person who is - so called deaf and who Lip reads when you have a mask on.

I would highly recommend Ian as an audiologist. He talked me through every possibility and went above and beyond for me. Due to the matter of urgency, he personally walked me to the Doctor close by to get an urgent appointment for me so I could get an emergency referral. Thank you so much!

They made the whole process of having hearing checks on both my children a very positive experience. Staff are knowledgeable and give you the time to explain their findings along with offering further support. Highly recommend.

My Mum Joyce Cainey had a test plus hearing aides, She’s very happy they helped to use her mobile phone to adjust volumes etc new technology she was really happy with the audiologist Ian Henderson, he was so kind and caring with her spent more time than he had to.
Best person she had ever had.
Both receptionists fabulous, kind and attentive also.

My positive experience started with the the friendly and accommodating manner from Hollie and then extended to the knowledgeable, helpful and professional discussion with Ian regarding my hearing test results.
