They were all full of promises of help but gave incorrect advice to me and my employer, and then when it was to late to fix caused my employer and myself to loose out on over 50% of the rebates available.

They furthermore have little but automated email to check up on me. When I really needed help the email contact details for the local rep had changed and they had not bothered to let me know my new reps contact details. Then when I had to wait for a call back to get a simple email I stated in clear and polite English that I was unhappy with the level of service I was accused of being abusive, which I was definitely not, just giving feedback. They tried to claim that a robotic email questioning if I was still employed was sufficient support to fulfil level of government grants they got from me. A simple email stating that the local county contact had changed and here I as the new person to contact would have been good businesses practice. They promised to text me with information after that phone call which they did not but they promised to record they alleged abuse which I am sure they did.

Don’t use them unless you are very self sufficient.

Had a problem with government payment. After a few calls trying to find out whats happening, was told would get call back which never happened. I called for the 4th time and got to deal with Toby and he was very rude and blunt, he is having a bad day and doesn't mind being rude to customers. Someone stuffed up now I'm paying for it. Lovely to see your Not looking after the apprentices. DONT WANT TO DEAL WITH TOBY AGAIN.worst customer service I've had in a long time, check your attitude Toby.
