Life Saving! Vince and his Team are highly professional people. Supporting myself and many veterans whom need help with PTSD, Chronic depression and my suicidal ideations. Myself a veteran, that has suffered way to long the PTSD. Without these good people I would not be here - a big heart felt thank you to Vince and his team. For those reading this and about to make a post, just have a thought about all the 17000 veterans that have taken their lives in that past years, because they can’t erase what they have seen and done, to keep Australia safe. These people have saved my life!

Dr Mondello is a miracle man. My husband has been going to him and has improved so much. I am not one for doctors so took me a little longer to warm to a medical professional as I have sadly been misdiagnosed and let down by so many I have seen. However, natural medicans can only take you so far and it was time I tried one more doctor. So glad I did. Dr Mondello has shown me there are those out there who are genuinely caring and could help with my chronic pain. So happy to have found him. Thank you kind sir. I actually feel as if there is a light at the end of this grey dark tunnel I've been living in.

I wouldn't recommend. There is zero communication between patient/office/doctor. I had procedure at stJohn 14/2 sent home. Hospital rang 1hrlater to ring dr about getting post-op meds. They didn't help at all. Rang 6 days later 20/2 apologized for not listening to there patient. Totally un acceptable.

Dr Jeremy Tannenbaum is a amazing pain specialist, he is one of a few specialist who care about his patients and listens. I have been through a horrible experience with insurance but the friendly staff and Dr Tannenbaum have made this part easier. Thank you for helping me with my pain, I would highly recommend both of the pain specialists from here.

I saw Dr Tennenbaum who was so easy to talk to and had some great suggestions for me that have seriously lowered my pain. I’m not perfect but more perfect than I have been in 30 years! Thank you

Doesn't seem Client Service is a big priority here: the day I rang for information about Stellate Ganglion Block treatment for PTSD (because there is no/ I couldn't find any PTSD treatment specific info on the website) ; the phone wasn't answered because of "extreme staff shortages" (sic).
Instead of a whole picture of what "Stellate Ganglion Block" treatment IS, I was given a bunch of painful one sentence answers to my inquiries by email, by someone who didn't even have the courtesy to identify themselves.
Short staffed or not, really impersonal, unfriendly, lethargic information provision, including to inform my decision to potentially invest in ongoing Private Health funded, expensive treatment. One lemon.

Dr Jeremy Tannenbraum does not care about anything but his ego do not see this Doctor as a health professional myself I do not know how he even had the licence to treat patients

I applied for a nurse position with this organisation, I went in there for interview despite being sick, I didn’t want to reschedule twice. After the interview they didn’t get back to me about the outcome, to let me know if I was successful or not. Courtesy demands to at least get back to people, the staff at the reception where unfriendly so I am not surprised. Wouldn’t recommend.

Anodyne have been very helpful. My wife was not able to walk because of her back pain. Now shes working because of dr mondello
