Guys with Knowledge! We have been driving around with a proper DCDC / dual battery system which wasn’t working and nobody seemed to know why. At 12v shop they took the time to invest, found the problem and tried to help us in the cheepest but best way possible instead of trying to sell you their most expensive products. Really happy with your service guys!

The staff at this store deliver good old fashioned service. It is a pleasure to deal with them. Have used them a few times but todays service was what others should try to replicate.

The store is full of quality 12 volt electrical gear and i doubt there would be something you could need that isnt available.

Went in knowing what I wanted but not what I needed, thanks to the knowledgeable staff I got exactly what I needed, way under budget.

Great product range and has good quality tinned copper lugs of all sizes that are otherwise hard to find. Closes 12 midday sharp on Saturdays.

People working there really let the place down. Rude, poor service.shop has potential but wont be going back.

My husband and i have purchased many items over the years, starting back in 1996 when we purchased a full solar system for our caravan, ie. Panels, controller, batteries etc. Plus a 270 litre fridge. We were living in Karratha at the time and the service was absolutely brilliant which gave me confidence in doing the install, a few phone calls to clarify a couple of areas were quickly answered. Our latest purchase was a Road Chef 12 volt oven, one of the best investments as we largely bush camp there was no use for the microwave, used for storage of kettle and bread. This oven has exceeded expectations, from warming something to a slow cooked casserole and roast chicken, A DELIGHT! John and Marina

Kyle was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I walked out of the shop having a much greater understanding of my campervan electric requirements and a number of product recommendations.

This shop has the potential to be good but the people working there bring it down. I regret buying anything there and definitely won't be coming back!

After sales service is non existent. After driving 3 hours home I discovered the inserts for Anderson plugs I purchased were not put in the bag with everything else, so I sent an email asking for them to be posted to me. I did receive a follow up phone call, unfortunately this was to inform me that they indeed were not in the bag and it was my fault for not picking them up. These inserts are stored behind the counter so not really an option! My options being to pay for postage or drive a six hour return trip to collect. Won't be shopping there again.

If there was a negative rating that's what this place would receive. I would love to chat to the actual owner of this business if anyone has contact details.he/she might want to what to know they are losing money because their manager clearly doesn't give a toss. Wish we had read the reviews before.

We went to buy a charger for our kids 12v car. We dint get the same charger there but the shop was good and they have well organised stuff.

The 12 Volt Shop is the the go to place for all things DC. Their advice and in particular David is forthcoming with no sales pressure. It is wonderful to see that service excellence is alive and well. My solar system supplied works seamlessly delivering 20 amps plus at midday as predicted by David. Thanks mate and keep up the good work.

Wish i read these reviews before my experience with this retailer. If i could leave a negative star I would.

Drove half an hour to check it out. There was no welcome/interaction from the guy sitting at the desk. Better help, product, and prices elsewhere.

Drove for over an hour to find closed when website said was open. Apparently the have closed down for good, no longer trading.

Over priced, rude, arrogant, unhelpful and it is a wonder they are still in business - worst I have every experienced.
