That Plant Cafe

It's starting to be a Sunday morning ritual, ride our bikes down and have an iced latte and sometimes breakfast as well.
Great drinks, food and service.

Had a delicious breakfast, lovely friendly staff and the tables were clean (big YES for my partner and I). It's a true gem if you're in the area.

Awesome little Cafe. Great atmosphere. Just be mindful that the music can be a bit loud. Will be returning!

We asked for them to make our meals vegan and asked how many shots were in iced lattes hoping for three only to have them put non vegan icecream in our lattes only to replace them with what seemed to just be syrup and milk. Our meals were not bad considering they didnt have the plant based Paddys or bacon for our toastie and burger. But honestly left disappointed that the most satisfying thing we had from the meal was the crunch box selection of cheesecakes we ordered. All in a all quite disappointed in the whole experience not feeling like I got 65 dollars worth out of it.

In response to your response you did not serve us first someone else did and we specified and ordered after asking about how many shots were in your coffee that we wanted 3. You guys without asking put non vegan icecream in them which led to you needing to make new ones which did not have the strength of coffee that we ordered which you who started serving us at that point gave us a horrible attitude about having to replace them.

And not only all this you decide to respond like this just makes me wish I could give you lower than one star as I run a business myself and this is not how you speak to people who have a complaint about your bad service. If you cant take criticism then don't run a business in customer service. Also when it comes to you not having the stock for numerous vegan options on your menu that you advertise that's also a huge letdown as your business being "plant cafe" clearly catering for vegan apparentally failed to do so.
Dont worry we will not be returning thanks to the way you have handled the complaint.

In response to your ridiculous second response.
For starters she was the one who took the coffee and had the bad attitude when we asked for it to be remade she had the bad attitude and came back to ask if she could just take the icecream which for my pregnant partner is clearly unacceptable. Just for the new coffees to be made with no coffee in them just for her to aimlessly top them up with some premade espresso out of a bottle she just pulled out of the fridge (that is not 3 shots by the way she made me drink the milk down to poor it) secondly the patty being out of stock is one thing but selling my partner a BLT just to find out once served there is apparentally no vegan bacon either is another thing.

The fact that your attitude and unaccountablity is this bad says alot.no wonder you had to rebrand your shop.

The coffee was so bad that I made them take it back and make a better one.

Also, they hire contractors who block the car park and refuse to move when asked. This prevents members of the public from accessing both the gym and the childcare centre next door.

Went for a spur of the moment brunch/lunch today and had the most wonderful time. The service was excellent and was greeted when we walked in, food and drinks served promptly and was absolutely delicious considering how busy it was, and was a gorgeous atmosphere, will definitely be back more often. Thank you Team!

Cafe can't handle the pressure. Ordered breakfast and coffee, food came out and we mentioned we still hadn't received our coffee is it still coming to get a reply of I assume so. Won't be coming back here.

It was really busy, but the staff were very efficient and friendly. Considering how busy they were, the food and coffee was served fairly fast.

Editing my review now that I've visited the new location.
Positives: Fantastic service, great coffee and cake, perfectly cooked hashbrown and everything came out quickly. The new location is much more inviting too! Great to have another cafe option in the area.
Negatives: Unfortunately the rolls were a soggy mess. Between the runny egg, mushroom juices, mashed avocado and tomato relish it all completely soaked through the soft hamburger bun. When we walked in, most of the tables hadn't been wiped but the staff were happy to clean our table when we asked.

Cute little cafe with a great breakfast menu. Coffee, milkshakes, pancakes & avocado goodness. Wonderful service & lovely atmosphere. We will certainly be visiting again!

A pleasant stop-off for lunch when driving by. Great coffee, good food (eg club sandwich and chips), fast and friendly service, very reasonably priced

Delicious food that is reasonably priced, Very nice coffee.
Great layout with a good vibe. Felt like a great place to chill and socialise.

Beware. Unpleasant experience. We came in at 1.50pm (place shuts at 4pm on a friday), we ordered at 2pm, to be told then the kitchen had closed and only drinks and cake available.

The drinks were fine and cake ok. We also ordered from the fridge the Chia Pudding and Yoghurt. They obviously forgot about it as we had to remind them after 25 minutes. There were no other customers after us. It took all of five seconds for them to serve the pudding. The last thing to come was the ham and cheese crossaint, 30 minutes after original order.: (

The staff were apologetic, but disorganised.
90% of tables were dirty and uncleared.

Could hardly notice the plants with this service. See picture.

Had a club sandwich, delicious and large meal at a low price, couldn't have asked for better. Great service and a nice atmosphere, highly recommend.

Food was very bland with no seasoning or flavour and very basic ingredients
And having to wait 45 minutes for for standard breakfast food is deplorable
Mind you they were pumping out the uber eats orders
I think if you cant look after your customers that take their time to actually eat in, you shouldn't be doing uber eats orders
I also think they need another person on the floor as we were standing around when we arrived, not greeted or told if there were available tables

Came in for breakfast, waited over 45 mins before our food came out
Customer service was poor, quick and rushed
My eggs were so watery, the tomato was raw just seared on both sides and the hash brown was dripping in oil
Within 20 mins 3 other tables complained.

This is the 2nd time I have been here and what a great little Cafe, food, cost, service, coffee and atmosphere was just fabulous.

Lots of interesting plants for sale coffee was hot and good but not special didnt try any eats easy parking worth a look just went thereagain still good ate there and was very good parking excellent worth going to

One of the most frustrating restaurants I've ever come across.they have disabled notes on uber eats and doordash so you can't write in how you would like your eggs cooked or if there is something that you would like left out.and yes you have I've asked multiple people to check on their accounts and phones.you try to call to speak to someone and there is never any answer or they just cancel your order.
