TerryWhite Chemmart Whitford City

We live & work overseas but we travel home (Perth) at least once a year & when we’re home we take the opportunity to stock up on medications from Terry White at Whitfords City SC. On this most recent trip back at Xmas/NY, we purchased medications & after we returned overseas realised we had misplaced our receipts for the purchases. We emailed Terry White from overseas requesting a copy of the receipt & our request was handled by Megan. We can say Megan was so professional, she was prompt, personable & most helpful & forwarded the receipt the same day, we requested it. This isn’t the first time we’ve been so impressed by Megan’s excellent customer service, we made a similar request this time last year & Megan assisted us on that occasion, now 1 year later we have a similar request which Megan has attended to & on both occasions, Megan serviced our request providing amazing customer service & a positive customer experience. A huge shout out to Megan who has gone that little bit extra & proven what an asset she is to her team & a valuable member of the Terry White family, thank you Megan for all your help.

I shop from time to time at Terry White Whitfords, I always feel welcome by the lovely staff especially Gabby who is always very attentive and caring for my needs. I find her to be very knowledgeable and always recommend me the right product. Would definitely recommend my friends to go there and shop as it has a great variety to choose from.

I had a great experience at whitfords TerryWhite Ch. The staff are friendly and helpful in particular Gabby who is extremely patient she always has professional advice if I need it.

Every time I come to Whitfords Terry White Pharmacy, Gabby one of the the lovely staff, makes sure that I get as much information about any items sold in there, including of course medications. I get all my medication from here and have always found the staff friendly helpful and efficient even under extreme hard times during the covid outbreakGabby serves me a lot and is always pleasant and helpful. I recommended anyone to visit this store they won't E disappointed.

Popped in today on a whim for my 4th covid jab, ten minutes wait then in, a lady named Jill was the on jab duty today, very polite efficient service, also downloaded all my previous vaccinations onto government site, thanks

Have been using this pharmacy for years, wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff always go above and beyond what is expected.

Stood around for 20 minutes looking amd waiting for assistance. None given, just looked at.

Pretty much all the staff at this branch of Terry White are excellent, however the glue that holds it all together is Shane, the manager / pharmacist. The amount of time, care & patience he has for every single customer he deals with is exceptional.

We have been shopping at this chemart for years we have been looked after most recently by Shane who while i have been going through a really tough time health wise has been there always to answer questions about medications and the girls at the store have been very caring with my wife as well if I could give 10 stars I would thak them so much

Super friendly staff that always go above and beyond in hepling their customers, I have never had a bad experience and know I can rely on them for any help or advice I need!

Staff always friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is always ready to give advice on new medication you have to take and what side effects you may get.

I understand duty of care I was made to feel like a drug addict when buying over the counter medication with all the personal information they want before even considering to sell it to you.

The other day we visited this pharmacy to p/u some medication the staff are always friendly nothing is to much trouble for them. One of the items was not available to be dispensed the young blonde girl serving us didn't.hesitate and informed us the item would be in that day and she would deliver it to our house on her way home Now thats service so sorry Didn't get your name you are a credit to this pharmacy Thank you so much peter/Marie Beldon
