They’re always helpful And will go the extra mile to insult to the counter staff to the pharmacist to make sure I get what is the best option for me. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Honestly such a great pharmacy, store always looks well presented and merchandised intentionally with plenty of team on so you are always greeted as soon as you approach the counter. The team here truly care about customers and are so attentive to their needs. It’s perfect!

I got a vaccination at the Warwick TerryWhite clinic. Extremely quick and painless (literally) and the staff were helpful and made sure I was ok beforehand. Thanks!

Very professional. I went for my 4th covid booster (Moderna) and the nurse? Was amazing. Very kind, I didn’t even feel the needle go in! It’s not even sore around the area. I would highly recommend having any booster at Terry White at Warwick.

Been here a few times for my flu vax. Gavin is fantastic.going to ask if I can have a lollypop next time!

I really did think this was a Great pharmacy until the just rejected a script for my intractable pain which I’m going over east in a month for my 10th surgery on. The lady gave me a spiel about how it’s every 21 days but my meds only last 15. I was early I admit that but now I see the chemist put the last despence date as todays date without giving me any. That is foul play to make a person in intractable pain wait even longer now.

What a bunch of lovely people always quick with there service and always have way of brightening your day I wouldn’t go anywhere else

This is a great pharmacy that caters for all walks of life, with very helpful staff and slot of them. This is my favourite pharmacy NOR.

This was my pharmacy for many years until yesterday. I never went anywhere else.
Yesterday I needed a urgent signature witness for my bank and went there all the way from Clackson thinking they knew me and will do it.but the pharmacist said we don't do these on Sundays come ack tomorrow.i said I need that early morning Monday to send it to bank and I am your customer for many years but she said very rudely come Monday! I went to anther pharmacy same night and they did it for me straight away.they didn't know me and never did shopping from them. Being in business myself I just think this is not customer service for some one support them many many years. I wont go back again and I am so upset that I spend that much money to support them.so disappointed.

I waited at the script counter for a few minutes. I was ignored by the three women behind the counter. I went to the general counter, and was ignored by both women staff members as well, even though there were no other customers in store. I have to admit, the few times I've been to this store, the staff generally couldn't care less about professional service.
DON'T BOTHER shopping at this chemist, they are arrogant and lazy; go to the other pharmacy at Warwick Grove, at least they have manners and respect for their customers.

Would give no stars if I could. Got there just before closing time. Needed something over the counter and was refused service. Was told be staff "we need to get out on time"
For the record I was there at 1.59 pm!

Have always had good service and advice - staff pleasant and if they do not have the answer will find, out for you.

Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful, from the moment you walk in the door. All the staff are knowledgeable, they take their time to answer any queries and ensure you get what you need, and often their suggestions are better than what you went in for! An excellent range of products and they fill scripts quickly even during very busy times

Took 20 minutes to tell me they didn’t have one of the scripts I needed, the other one had a similar name to mine on it but NOT my name - the woman still went to ring it up and have me pay for it without questioning their error!

So much for professionalism and confidentiality! Unbelievable. I asked them to cancel the sale and requested both scripts back which also seemed to confuse them both. Surely it can’t have been both their first day on the job!

Arrogant and incompetent. Will not be back.

I rang Terry White Warwick last Saturday night because of an ongoing problem where the traditional products were not working. I received good advice and agreed to go back the next day if the problem persisted. I can say that I received excellent advice from the young lady at the counter who also referred it to the pharmacist and the product recommended (cost under $7) got me better by the morning and this has been the case since. I am very happy with the advice, they have plenty of staff, good attitude and knowledge and willingness to help.

I have given this pharmacyso many chances, but still come to the same conclusion, rude staff who can't be bothered, basically serve yourself don't ask advice, it's too much bother, only reason I went to this Terry white was because the other pharmacy said they had a range of mouth guards, will go to my other local Terry white, never again (I might add I worked in pharmacy for over twenty years, my boss thwould have gone right off if he had witnessed the bad service,) how to not win customers.

Friendly staff, usually pretty busy though. Best call in advance for scripts on file.ran out. "wholesaler out"twice too many times
