I had the most fantastic experience at Terry White Chemist today. Lucy’s kindness doesn’t go unnoticed! Stan gives awesome vaccines as well. We will definitely be coming back:)

Was racially profiled in this store and accused of stealing simply because i touched an item. Was even followed around then asked to place the 'item' i hide away on the counter while paying for my only item i had in my hand. Spilled everything out of my small handbag and my jumper. The chinese keeper even went as far to look back at the cameras and it showed i had only touched it. Shame on all of you. Not only for racially profiling me but for the ladies behind the counter for not saying anying either after following me around the store. Shame on you!

Enquiry about order my prescription online and the staff are friendly and explained the action to be taken by me. I went home and got everything sorted.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for years. Very professional team, super helpful. Julia (pharmacist) is really knowledgeable and kind.

Been in person and had a delivery. Very friendly staff, the delivery was super quick (same day) and had a cute handwritten note to go with. Great chemist to go to.

Terrywhite Chemmart Kardinya is a very professional pharmacy. The staff are very polite and helpful. Most of the staff know us by name. Lucy is an asset to the pharmacy with her knowledge and experience. Julia the phamacist is so helpful and understanding to customers needs. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

As a first time customer I was most impressed by by the attention I was given, I wanted an item which they were out of stock but they ordered it in for me and called me at home to pick it up, I reckon that I will be going back there more often in the future.

Staff are friendly, informative and always offering sincere and genuine service. Great Napoleon Perdis make up consultant in store for those special occasions.

It was aweful.experience Tonight, I planned to buy an emergency medicine for my kids. I called the chemist 5 mins before closing and I said I cant be there within 5 mins but 7-8 minutes. The keeper said it is OK little bit late. When I came there, it was 9.01pm (which is 6 mins after the call) but the chemist has closed. I rang the phone but no body pick up. After asking to a shop keeper accros the chemist, I knocked the door, which has been closed several times. After several attempts, a chinese keeper came unpleasently and said it was close and cant do the service tonight but tomorrow. I explained the situation but she refused to accept my words. I have explained that if no one (the lady on the phone) promised me that she will wait 2-3 mins after closing, I will not be coming this far. Eventually, a security came asking me whats going on and I explained the situation. He recommended me to buy to other chemis nearby, which is open till 10pm.

Anyway, it was really bad service. Indeed I know the closing time. But, if the keeper did not tell me that she will wait for 2-3 mins after closing, I will not be coming. It was not professional at all.
