I have been a regular at this pharmacy for almost a decade. The staff are knowledgeable and very personable, always happy to help. The pharmacist owner is particularly helpful and always makes sure you are looked after.
Great local chemist, prices are competitive to all the other small-mid chemists. Super friendly staff who are always happy to help (at least my experience). A lovely staff member even had a freebie present for our 1yr old today.

I just called to ask if you had any stock of Aptimal allergy formula (about the 10th call I've made in the last hour in a desperate search for dairy free formula). The lady I spoke to was happy to go check and placed me on hold. When she got back to the phone my baby had started crying and so I had to pick her up and was trying to settle her whilst explaining I would call back. She hung up.
I called back a min later to say sorry and to get the outcome but she was so unbelievably rude about my baby previously screaming down the phone.
Well I hope you don't have kids if you expect them to be left to cry on their own without comfort. You had to listen to it for just a few seconds while I apologised and said I would call again. There was no need for that rudeness. I would have said this to you but you put the phone down again as soon as you told me there was no stock.
FYI it is very stressful for parents of allergy babies right now. Your rudeness is not called for.
Took 35 minute to fill a scripts for painkillers with my sick partner in the car who had just had surgery.
This place is extremely personal for me as I pick up my methadone every single day from there. They all treat u absolutely like a normal Customer. Which as we know makes such a difference. They speak to us with respect.
They actually see us as normal Customers & treat us exactly the same way they treat them.
They are all absolutely fantastic people and have great personalities.
Well this chemist is very personal to me as I pick up my methadone everyday from here.
The pharmacist are the nicest I've ever had so far. They treat you as if you're a normal customer & especially don't look down on u.
Which as most of us know so many of them normally do. It makes such a great & big difference when they just don't do that at all.
With that aside there great people anyways & treat all of there customers with the upmost respect.
