Their on-line prescription service needs a major overhaul, missing scripts, incorrect scripts processed etc. Can’t trust this system.

At 1.45pm today, husband went to this pharmacy to get a script for me. The lady out front with hand sanitizer was one of the ruddest people he has ever met. She was loudly barking orders at everyone, no smile, no how are you, how can I help, she was rude to every customer directly around my husband. Needless to say he will never go into this chemist again, even though he is at that shopping centre regularly throughout each week. He did say staff inside were lovely but they have now lost a customer. Owner think you should have a word to her as a smile and good manners don't cost anything but you have now lost business.

The smell of staff premenstrual tension offends my nostrils everytime i enter the store. Possibly the reason why im overcharged all the time.

Rather disappointed with the honestly of this chemist yesterday. I picked up some eye drops and found that one of the packets is missing from the box & no it did not fall out. Upon opening up the box last night to get one lot out, it seems to be short. Checking with the regular chemist I go too, he said there should be 30 - here isnt 30! Then I phone the chemist this morning, very rude pharmacist out.

Very rude female Pharmacist. The owner should take the time to better train his staff communication skills.

Over priced by $10 on the same prescription from Terry White Warwick. Staff not very freindly either.
