Seriously unfriendly, unhelpful and overzelous on your oversight (Pharmacy Assistants) - today, wow, this happend on a previous visit to this Pharmacy too, this is clearly a trend.
I am new to the area and I spend a fortune every month at my old Pharmacy who are amazing so you pale in comparison.
Great pharmacy and staff they have been happy to help with my questions and Kim the pharmacist provides great customer service
Absolutely shocking experience. I’ve only used this chemist twice and both times have been an absolute mess! Well worth the drive to other local chemists. The first time I was given the wrong medication entirely and both staff members working there had totally opposite advice… the second time was just as much a mess if not more. I’ve yet to hear anything positive from friends in the area and I can see why. Definitely worth a little drive to another chemist with a pharmacist with better knowledge and bed side manner.
The Staff and the pharmacist are always helpful and will go the extra yard to make sure you get the right advice and correct medication, very clean store and stocked shelves thankyou for your services it's very much appreciated especially when you're not feeling well, confidently 5 stars guys and thankyou

Customer service is shocking.
Train your staff and pharmacists in customer service again and get you customer services better.
Still a fairly new place atm.
Has only been open a short while.
However the staff here are friendly & helpful for what I wanted recently- however I also haven't had a script dispensed here- yet.
Chemist prices seem pretty reasonable compared to some other pharmacies I've visited lately for over the counter items such as hay fever medication brands (not chemist or own brand items).
If I didn't regularly use another pharmacy that I'm more than happy to stay with- I'd change to here just for convenience alone as its close to my parents place.
Also open all day Sat & on Sunday's which is also a bonus in my books.
