Venue: Facing Langely Park and Swan River. Outdoors or indoors. Live music is available when we come in the early evening. Asian style decoration. Causal setting relaxing vibe. Not all chairs are comfy. But not packed. -7.5/10
Service: Two servers are nice and served with smiles. A waitress took our orders at the table. Also able to order and pay at the front desk. Tap water was provided. Food served fast. 7.3/10
Food: it is mainly Indonesian cuisine, but it also serves Italian food. Wide selection of beverages. I tried Indonesian food only. It's worth coming back. Probably try Italian food next time.
- Grilled Chicken Skewers, $22: There are 6 skewers with house peanut sauce on the bottom, giardinera (radish, carrot, and cucumber @ 1 slice), and salad on the side. No chilies. The chicken meat was grilled well (except one small chuck was undercooked). Most of meat was silky and succulent inside. Not enough sauce and pickles - 7.4/10
- Mie Goreng with Tofu, $22: large portion of noodles and fillings (tofu, carrotsand cabbage). A fried egg with mild runny egg yolk the top -7.3/10
- Beef Rendang, $24: it'd be better if I had one more chunk. Beef quality was good. The meat was slightly tender. The sauce was very good and in-depth in flavor. - 7.8/10
- Steamed Rice, $3: good size. Served in a plate. Ok.

Was told on approach to the counter that there would be a wait on coffee, we sat down and waited for 15 mins then saw the barista serve 2 more people coffee while we were in line for the second time.we stood there waiting to place an order thinking we would be able to order as well and we weren’t acknowledged, we asked if we could order and still nothing (seems like this place serves people in suits and doesn’t like serving tradies on their way to work)

Really tasty well proportioned food.
Reasonable prices. Great service. The views are awesome. No air conditioning though.

This is quite possibly the worst cafe I have ever been to in my entire life.
Waited 15mins for someone to even address my existence, then waited a further 30mins for the waiter to start bringing out all the sides I ordered (that I wanted to eat with the rest of my breakfast). 10 mins later after my sides sat on the table and went cold, the meals started to arrive. Never have I received a garden salad on the plate with my scrambled eggs and toast - but there’s a first for everything I suppose. After half way through eating and 40mins after sitting down, my coffee finally arrived.
I honestly don’t understand how this place affords their lease!

Nice and quiet Indonesian Italian restaurant along the shore. Very nice staff. I had gado gado and beef rendang which were delicious. Very reasonably priced.

Had a lovely lunch with my parents on Sunday. Staff very friendly and food was great. Definitely going back.

Lovely family owned restaurant. Staff or better say girls, were friendly and polite. Sitting is casual outside and inside. We decided to take siting inside as we were worry it could be chilli outside.
Food is Italian or Indonesian. We had ordered olive and cheese, Tepayan fish and Sumatran chicken curry. Everything was tasty and nice.
There is a list of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks, something for everyone. Music was pleasant and relaxing, but when restaurant is busy, you can hardly to hear it.
Very nice Indonesian style big table in corner, we did like and appeals to us better then other tables. Probably it will be good for eight plus people.

This is a splendid place to dine. The staff is friendly and the food is superb. We had a great meal in a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. It's refreshing to find good food in a casual, non-chain, homespun setting.

Group of 7 - Dinner

A casual restaurant with ample space for big groups. We went there on a hot day and it was really warm inside the restaurant as they had all their surrounding sliding doors open.

They have 2 menu's available - Indonesian and Italian. We only tried the Indonesian food. Everything we ordered was delicious. Price I would say average with most restaurants in the city. The beef ribs was definitely a winner, so tender and juicy full of flavor.

Can be a tight if you have a pram. There is also tables outside to enjoy the view. Ample road side parking.

Average curries, for a high price. Perhaps the weekday specials are good value for money, but we found it overpriced and mediocre
when having lunch on a Sunday. Surprised by so many good reviews, if we knew we would have gone elsewhere.

Nice place. One of the best indonesian restaurant i have ever had. I had IGA BAKAR/Grilled beef ribs and it is really tasty. You should also try their mie udang terasi. The restaurant had a lot of choices with the drinks. Best cendol ever! The service is also excellent. No wonder people always come here. Beautiful people with beautiful food!

Nicely located Indonesian-Italian restaurant in East Perth. We tried both Indo and Italian dishes, and we have to say, they are pretty delicious. We had the pizza, grilled chicken and mie goreng - all delicious. They were busy but was able to look after us well.

Delicious Indonesian and Italian food! I ordered the Beef Satay and Mie Goreng with Prawns. The chef was really nice and greet and ensured we were all satisfied. I definitely recommend this place if you’re a local and bringing a friend to try the cuisine!

I tried ordering off Uber eats several times and they cancel each time! I was lucky for my order to get accepted once out of many times! I saw a review experiencing the same problem as me. And no, Uber does not cancel orders randomly, only restaurants do, I work in a cafe and nothing has ever happened like that before.

Delicious, authentic Indonesian - Highly recommend.

We throughly enjoyed the delicious beef rendang here and spoke with the chief who prepared this fantastic, authentic food.

You can tell from her that the food is made with love and she wants to share her food with others.

Highly recommend and we'll be back again when next in Perth.

Nice restaurant, found it being in neighbourhood. Ordered Indonesian beef rib with peanut sauce which was great. Rib was well prepared so the meat came off the rib easily but the best was the peanut sauce - creamy and slightly sweet which surprisingly aligned great with the meat

Just had the congee for breakfast.

Four of us in our party, everyone had an Indonesian main course followed by some real Italian gelato. All four of us loved our food, very tasty and nicely presented.

So disappointed. We waited months for restaurant to finally open in Terrace Rd. What a disappointment. We advised them from the very beginning we lived close and would frequent their restaurant if we were looked after. The last time we went, we were feeling like a nibble on something so asked for a bag of prawn crackers till our meal arrived. They were OK. When we went to pay the bill they had charged $10 for the bag, which to buy on line is $3. We did make a complaint and the waiter said, but we don’t charge you corkage. Well they well and truely made up for it. They didn’t even offer to change it to the actual price.
Last night we decided to try the takeaway vegetarian pizza. I had seen it served in the restaurant and it looked great. Well no, another fail. It’s advertised as Mushrooms, spinach, artichoke, black olives, roast capsicum and vegan cheese. Sounds good. But mushrooms, maybe 3 pieces if you could find them, they were so thinly sliced. No spinach. No marinated capsicum. Artichokes maybe 5 or 6 torn off leaves from canned artichokes. Black olives, yes there were a few scattered around. They were the bottled variety, pitted and sliced. Certainly nothing like I saw delivered in their restaurant.
Well, they’ve lost us. Could have been a long and happy relationship. But money is tight these day and you need to get value for your hard earned $$

Really loved our meal. For entrees I had vege spring rolls and my husband had the mussles. Spring rolls were fresh and yum. MY Husbands mussles were yum and plentiful. Loved my samartra curry and hubby loved his beef spare ribs. Very much value for money and highly recommend it. I think it is a hidden gem.
