Manager Bec was terrific.
After endeavours and getting the 'run around' at 3 Other Telstra Stores, with my Son wanting to transfer (port) his Mobile number from Optus to Tesltra, Bec stepped-up and provided clarity and the 'right' guidance for the porting to happen.
After nearly 7 working days with the Other Stores - and no result, Bec worked with our Son, and the transfer was processed, with our Son having his brand spanking new iPhone 12 Pro Max (and scored his favourite colour - blue - too), in his hot hands after just 24 hours.
Thanks heaps to Bec for the right service, and helping Telstra gain another Customer (that it almost didn't win due to the poor service from the other Stores).

Waited for an hour and a half to get a new Apple Watch just to sit with a guy that didn’t know what he was doing and took him a whole hour to get me the product. Worst Telstra in Perth. Do not recommend.
Please guys do not visit this shop.
They work really slowly and need to learn how to treat the customers. They just sell a phone but have a consultation with a customer like selling a house, which means talking toooo much even a lot of customers waiting.
I used to work a same industry in my country.
I know how the this kind of work processes.
Only problem is useless workers.
Of course I will never visit here and even shopping center.

I feel like I really want to complain about the useless staff in this shop to police office for wasting my time. If I can.
I preordered the new samsung phone which had an offer for complimentary galaxy buds when preordered and was told to wait till the phone was released to be contacted to come and collect the phone. I waited for 2 weeks past release date and wasn't contacted so I went to Telstra Riverton only to find out that my order had been cancelled without consulting me. The lady working that afternoon tried to help but couldn't do much without the presence of the manager. We went again this morning as we were told the manager will be there but the system was down and the lady helping us couldn't do anything about it. The manager walked in while we were there but didn't even bother to talk to us and help sort things out.
Went for an appointment to update the phone plan.young female server was dismissive and wanted to argue the point. She refused to assist and kept smirking.
The rest of the store staff lack all customer service. All round customer service failure. Telstra do something about training your staff in customer service. It's not all about selling.
Do not recommend
Run by the worst manager ever. Zero management skills, dismissive, unable to differentiate frustration from anger. Refused to listen, inflamed the situation.
It took a staff member to listen, offer solutions and take control and calm the situation.
10/10 for staff member

Rang the Maddington store to make an appointment to see a business specialist as we are having problems with our business phone line they booked me in at the Riverton store I received a confirmation tx for the appointment travelled 45 min to the appointment to be told they didn’t have a business specialist at that store and that who ever booked me in had made a mistake surely the problem is with the Booking system allowing business to make appointments there when they dont have a business specialist, for a 7 day a week business to suddenly not have a phone is affecting my business sales and after this mess up the next available time to see someone was 2 days later, very bad for my business and terrible business service from Telstra: (
Probably the worst experience I have ever had dealing with Telstra. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Instead of helping me they told me they "don't deal with accounts in anyway" and further was told by staff (looked to be the manager) "why does everyone feel they can come and complain to us". Apparently the solution was for them to ring the Telstra phone line and I could talk to them, yup. After spending literally hours and hours on the phone trying to get services started at a new address.the Telstra store manager dialled the number and simply walked away. I noticed they were all over anyone wanting to buy a phone or plan. So in summation, if you would like to he sold stuff this is the store for you. If you have ANY kind of problem the attitude is "not our problem". Just as a side note I sat on that phone for over an hour observing staff - there certainly was a vivid contrast between how I was spoken to and there attitude to other customers who were enquiring about plans/phones etc. It's almost like they work on commission and any customer that doesn't add to that commission is treated poorly. Needless to say as my contracts were nearly completed at the time - I have now switched providers.
Convient location, staff is very unfrendly and unhelpful.i was told to buy prepaid telstra sim elsewhere that they have non in stock! I wonder what they selling then?
Every now and again your faith is restored in Telstra. After making an early morning appointment at the Cockburn store, which they couldn’t keep and expected me to wait for an hour or more, a few days later I visited Telstra at Riverton to see if I could succeed in spending my money on a simple product. Well thank you Jun An who served me within minutes and had me on my way after a further 10. This is how you do it Cockburn. Take note. Thank you Jun An and Telstra Riverton.
Very helpful for SIM and account issues - but limited range of phone accessories such as WiFi routers.
Extremely understaffed, had to wait over an hour to cancel an iPad sim. The young lady was apologetic and friendly, but they need to have more staff in store on a Saturday to cope with the amount of clients walking in. 6 clients walked in waited about 20 minutes and walked back out in the space of the hour I was there, as there was already another 4 waiting.
I’m Telstra customers, need a out going calling Data, went to Stockland centre Telstra shop, they are rude and no one help me out, I never recommend to use Telstra, they don’t have proper symptoms and online symptoms also very weak service which control from Philipin.
They love to sign you up on a contract but when you have a fault with the phone they dont want to know you and palm you off to another company. And wait time in the place is slow.
Went in because Telstra were unilaterally changing my mobile plan and raising cost. After discussion with Jordan was able to establish new plan, cheaper. Excellent service. Steve
I like the assistance at the Tech Bar - any problem with equipment is competently worked through and new gear is prepared for use. Thanks to all the team members
Tried contacting this store 3 time from 9.30-10.00 am and each time it rang out. I urgently need to contact this store as i returned my iPhone here after i upgraded with the swap plan and they were supposed to send it to the warehouse. That was well over 1 month ago and it is still not been received at the warehouse according to telstra and now i am being charged $600 each bill for the non return of the phone plus overdue fees. NOT HAPPY!
Tried to telephone store from 09: 00-15: 30 every 15mins, went to answer phone. Clearly don't want the business. 1 star is one to many.
