I recently done a job at a clients house where a Tadwa employee was helping the owner operate his new lights by voice control (owner was bed bound) the patience skill and humanity shown by the Tadwa employee was one of the most touching things I have ever seen. Highly recommend 5 stars.

Very poorly serviced by impolite operators that appear to be more interested in money than assisting disabled clients like myself.

My dealings with this organisation have been through the technology side and having computer repairs and a service contract for that equipment and
the experience has always been positive and professional and remarkably inexpensive.very highly recommended.

Dion was really helpful to deal with and he went out of his way to complete a difficult task for me.

Having purchased an alarm pendant with a labour charge of $140 for programming in 5 phone numbers I emailed to ask for a detailed account of the labour charge. No reply! So I phone the accounts department with the same request and was told that somebody would phone me back, they didn't. An explanation might have eased the pain a little but I consider the labour charge to be extortionate.
Thank you to Moira who sorted this out and provided a full refund of the charge that was in error.
The alarm pendant is fine.:)
