I love the treasury building so it is nice to have a special and authentic tea place within the premises. To describe the iced matcha I had, it was flavourful, strong and authentic. Sourced from Japan, the matcha did not disappoint. I will certainly be returning and would recommend to a friend. Next time (if feeling more spontaneous and cheeky) I will try with whipped cream!

I can confirm that this place absolutely lives up to the title of best tea place in Perth. Everything on this menu is out of this world! Love how you can buy powders from here as well - so you can try making your own versions at home. Very handy! 10/10!

Healthy and delicious teas that taste as good as they make you feel. Both the Purple Rain and Matcha Yuzu iced teas combine hints of sweetness, sourness and bitterness to make a very refreshing summer drink!

It's an elegant little shop with an excellent selection of teas: something for the connoisseurs as well as everyday tea lovers. The staff is sincerely friendly, making the visit a real joy.

Amazing drinks instore and I've loved all the teas I've purchased. Very refreshing on a hot day and they also serve hot drinks. Highly recommend this place!

My favourite matcha latte I have ever had in Perth. Nice flavour, blended well, option of whipped cream with matcha powder on top. There is also a good selection of tea packages you can buy.

This is the best matcha place in Perth. And my most favourite is matcha latte. I have been taking all my friends here to try their matcha drinks and they all fall in love ahaha

This is a cute little tea shop in the State Buildings which has a great selection of tea leaves to buy and you can also get them brewed for you as takeaway or select from their other drink options. I particularly enjoy the Matcha Yuzu iced drink. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

The best teas I've had in my life. We came on a 40 degree summer day and had an "iced hojicha latte" and a "kiss from a rose". Both were refreshing, luxuriously smooth, brewed to perfection, perfectly sweetened and offered a complexity not normally found in tea. Each drink was a Michelin star restaurant dessert in a cup.
We also had two macarons, rose and strawberry. They were unfortunately nothing to shout about. Not bad, but nothing special either.
Service was polite and quick. The seating space just outside the doors sits about 6 people shoulder to shoulder. Their tea leaves are also available for take away. We've purchased 2 bags. They were both excellent.
We'll definitely be back again.

Please diversify your tea offerings. I stand by my 5 stars. All your teas are of an excellent standard and customer service is great but I've been visiting for awhile and I'd love to go home with some novel new teas to try! ️

A happy accidental discovery, the tea options to both drink (in the cafe or take away) and purchase to make at home are delicious! The staff member on the day I went was excellent, with extensive knowledge and spot on suggestions. Thank you the Purple Rain iced tea (in picture) was delicious!

The tea here is amazing, I've had the matcha yuzu and the heavenly chai so far and both were beautiful. The matcha and yuzu ice tea was super refreshing, and the heavenly chai was as the name suggests, heavenly! The staff are really friendly and great too
