It has been a pleasure working with Trav - he has held our staff and more importantly, me accountable. There has been great clarity of direction and also realigning along the way to keep on course.

I've been working with Travis for about six months to assist me develop my management style. Being an Engineer I had a habit of focusing too heavily on the data and being too direct in my delivery of a concern. I know, I can see you all smiling.

Travis has helped me immensely with understanding my company's culture and my DNA and giving me tools to reframe my management style that is better suited to our culture. This has resulted in better outcomes, whilst not losing any of the message.

He has also provided a lot of other tips and tools along the way that help manage workloads, monitor progress and generally make it easier to get the job done.

Conventional is not Team Buffalo's style. This takes nothing away from the effectiveness of the outcomes. Travis will ask some very uncomfortable questions and make you search deeply into your own DNA. It is not easy, but that just means it's worth it.

I know others in our organisation work with Travis and Team Buffalo. Everyone I talk to who has worked with them talk positively of the experience. I couldn't recommend Team Buffalo higher to help develop an individual, a team or an organisation.

Travis facilitated our annual planning workshop inclusive of delivering some capacity-building sessions for a diverse team of 14. Not only did we achieve our objective, but we had fun along the way as well. Travis is a great facilitator and coach, and has a natural knack of being able to relate to different people in a way that is meaningful to them.
