TDO Australia is a very reliable company. I lives in South Australia and I bought a very beautiful lahengga from them and it arrived even earlier than the due date. All matched up with my size and the most importand is its fabric material is the same as in the picture. They even gave an option for several aspect embroidery. I love the lahengga quality from their shop and in the future I will repeat the order again with different lahengga motive.

I have brought more than one costume from TDO and the latest they had it flown in for me from India. Had a little delay but I decided to go the DHL wear-house and pick it up myself and it was a very smooth process. Their products are really breathtaking and they r true to what they advertise. My friends kindly gifted me two outfits from The Designer Outfit (TDO), one Lehenga and one Salwar Kameez. Despite providing TDO with my measurements and a lot of back and fourth in the initial design stage, all garments received were of subpar quality and did not fit. All garments (except the shawl and salwar) required additional alterations from a private tailor that was engaged outside of TDO. TDO did not honour the measurements that were provided and it seems they worked off what they believed seemed correct and not what was supplied. The private tailor was perplexed at the way TDO stitched the items. Tailors stitch using straight lines however the tailors at TDO stitch on uneven and wonky lines. Although you don’t necessarily see the inside of clothing when you wear it, it shows the lazy workmanship of TDO. The items my friends purchased me were expensive, and as a customer you have an expectation when paying a premium. I would not recommended TDO to anyone. TDO sells cheaply made clothes for a premium and offers subpar customer service. Please also be weary of their illegal returns policy which states “We do not accept any returns after 24 Hours of receiving the shipment”. For anyone looking at buying Indian fashion, if you have the opportunity, you are much better off doing this in person. Do not trust this company with your designs and money, avoid it at all costs.

I recently ordered for a party wear saree @ TDO website and got the best saree. Fabric was amazing and the saree colour is exactly what I found on website. Their customer service is awesome as they were promptly responding to our requirements and also personally helped me in choosing different blouse models and pretty much impressed with the blouse stitching too. Also received the parcel on time. Very happy with the final outcome and would love to order more Sarees and dresses in coming future @ TDO

I recently purchased a bridal lehenga for my wedding from TDO. My first lehenga purchased from a different store was damaged and I had 18 days left until my wedding! I contacted TDO and they were quick to communicate and their customer service was excellent! They listened and understood my predicament and showed they cared by reassuring me and working hard to give me my dream lehenga for my wedding! The dress came within 10 days and it was absolutely stunning! It was exactly like the pictures (if not better!). It fit perfectly - no tailoring required! I was very pleased with my purchase and would recommend TDO to all my friends and family. Thank you TDO for all your help!
