Taxwise offer a in home service, not for everyone but I love the flexibility of having the appointment in the evenings after work.
The admin support team are great, they offer reminders and schedule appointments, send reminders and provide email updates of processing times. Thank you

Taxwise really are, Wise about Tax! Since changing over to Taxwise several years ago on the personal recommendation of a friend, I have been very impressed by both the quality of the service, as well the size of my tax refunds. Not only that, but I am also saving hundreds of dollars per year in accounting fees, previously paid to another firm! I should add that I have always found Warren and the team friendly, competent and communicative. I especially like the regular Taxwise weekly email which provides a host of valuable information, as well as the odd, very funny joke or three! Tomorrow is my birthday, and today, as in previous years, I received a birthday card with a chocolate Freddo Frog.litle things, I know.but "thank you" for looking after my tax affairs to my satisfaction.

I was very happy with the service I received from Taxwise. They came to my home, and were efficient and friendly. My return was a little complicated, causing some delays with the ATO. The follow up service was fantastic, Liz chased it up until the situation was resolved. She did exactly what she said she would do, which I found refreshing and also got back to me on schedule. I very much needed the funds, and appreciated Liz's prompt replies and respectful communication. Thanks Taxwise, will definately see you next year:)
