Taste of Italy Pizzeria e Ristorante

We had a lovely experience here tonight. My brother and I are visiting from interstate and took our parents out for dinner. Taste of Italy was their choice.
The food was great and they were very generous serves. We ate pizza, pasta and the reef and beef special.
The staff were polite, friendly and efficient - a credit to the business.
The place was full when we arrived and I think that's testament to it's popularity. We didn't have a booking but we only waited a few minutes for a table.

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! The staff were so so welcoming, friendly and happy. Whenever I turned and looked through the restaurant, all I could see were satisfied customers and delightful waitstaff. For our entrees, we ordered the Bolognese Arancini and some calamari. The arancini was so delicious! The cheese oozing from the centre and the sauce was so rich. The calamari was to die for. So moist and succulent, you could taste the freshness. For mains, we ordered the Penne alla vodka and the Reef and Beef special. The Penne alla Vodka was full of flavour and so creamy. The reef and beef was amazing! The scotch fillet melted like butter under the knife. Was cooked medium which in my opinion was perfect. The prawns and squid served with the steak were so moist and fresh. I loved the flavour of the sauce and the balsamic glaze. Dessert was the passion fruit cheesecake and tiramisu. The cheesecake was smooth and creamy and the passion fruit was fresh and flavourful. The tiramisu was fantastic and creamy. So moorish. I can’t wait to come back again.

Beef cheek Panzonni, Bruschetta Trio, Chicken pesto.all UNBELIEVABLE! Im like.is this Armadale? One of my best dining experiences. Worth the price, Ive paid more for far less quality. Service was ordinary but who cares? Food was totes delicious. Mosdef be back, can't say enough about this joint.

We finally visited Taste of Italy after it being recommended to us for the hundredth time and so glad we did. Generous portions, warm atmosphere, fresh flavours and very friendly staff! Our young kids ate a bit of everything including blue cheese arancini and chilli mussels and they are the fussiest eaters. It would be perfect place for a family dinner or date night and we can't wait to go back. My only complaint is I was eyeing off the beautiful desserts and had no room left for them I was so full. Ill be raiding the dessert cabinet next time though for sure! Thank you to the gorgeous staff for a lovely night out. We'll see you soon! X The Stevensons

Sensational! Very fortunate to dine here. Price more than reasonable, lovely staff, beautiful setting. We were there on a Wednesday evening and was well patronised, hence need a booking, had to drive an hour to get there as was booked for a family birthday.well worth the drive. 5 stars through and through.

Wow! Wow! Wow! My new favourite pizza place in town. The pizzas have an airy soft crust, and the toppings are incredibly well-balanced. Indulge in a meal that will blow your mind. Perfect Italian cuisine paired with perfect wines. You’ll fall in love … just like me!

You don't have to go to Italy to try authentic Italian food. Food was delicious! Only problem was not having enough room to try everything! Staff were very friendly and attentive & provided quick service. We'll definitely be back for more!

Reading ratings & reviews for Taste of Italy had me pretty damn excited to enjoy a dinner there. We booked for a Tuesday evening and upon arrival, were both shocked (and impressed!) to see a completely full restaurant - not a spare table or seat in the house, damn this place really must be good! A friendly greeting welcomed us, and promptly shown to our table. Funky chalk art adorns the internal walls, fun & aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Not so pleasing was the level of restaurant noise but hey, often can't be helped in a patron-packed-venue. Something that should be absolutely pleasing, however, is a venue's level of service. Unfortunately, despite there being a small army of wait staff, none appeared to communicate to each other, nor was there any real ownership of their wait sections (ie. Passing waiters took our menu requests, then forgetting to place order and leaving us with long wait times in between. Yes it was super busy but 30min for 6 fresh oysters? Thats too long, made to feel even longer when followed by a 45min wait for pasta & mussels. Food was OK, Service has lots of room for improvement, but we will try again. We all have bad days, right?

Had a wonderful family meal on Sunday night. 4 Adults and 2 children.
Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing from pizza to surf and turf all appetites were appeased.
Will definitely be going back and highly recommend you give it a try.

Dining here for the first time was like discovering that I had Italian family in Armadale.
Great food and atmosphere. Will definitely be a regular from now on.

How great that I finally discovered this gem. Eat there regularly and have never had a bad meal! Staff are great and the chefs do a wonderful job!

Oh my gosh, we went during dinner on Father's Day and the food was amazing (and really decent servings!), the service was so lovely and even though you could see everyone run off their feet they were still so lovely and the food still came out in a lot less time than expected. The staff were great with the kids too. We will definitely be going back a lot more often. 100% recommend!

Awesome food, excellent service and very friendly family atmosphere. The fettuccine chilli prawns and the stuffed Calamari are the bomb.
