My local target store, I shop here very often. Always someone at the door greeting customers with a friendly smile. Staff are always so helpful.

Staff at front entrance not very helpful. Asked for a box as no trolley's to put $60 dinner set in that I wanted to purchase. Was told twice they couldn't help me
with this. 0% Customer service. Left without being able to purchase.

Target rockingham has come a long way since the 90s and seems to be still going strong you can find decent bargians here

Unfortunately Target in Rockingham had gone down hill, since I lasted reviewed it 5 years ago. Now you order items on line for click and collect, check they are in-store, before finally placing order. Order before 12, for a 4hr click and collect, only having to go nearly 5 hrs later to be advised, they are going to post them to me. I need the item asap not a week later. The option was to wait til Wednesday to order and collect Thursday morning, but why order on a Monday for a delivery to my P. O. B that I have to wait a minimum of a week for it to arrive. Was 4 stars, now only 1 star, as that's the minimum

When one expect to see the same range of goods like Target in usa.it is a deception.otherwise a good shop for nice quality and nice prices.

Not a bad shop. Nice and conformable environment. Hit and miss with the staff (based on helpfulness)

I was so disappointed by the very limited and uninspiring Christmas decorations in Target Rockingham this year. Tucked away up the back of the store and difficult to find, the hunt wasn't worth it!

I go there to buy children's clothes love what they have for every season at a reasonable price.

Great range of menswear, limited range of womens shoes unfortunately. Still love the menswear range

Great store. A bit disappointed in lack of practical clothing for tweenies girls but I understand that's not the current fashion.

Target seems to have lost its appeal with me. I don't find as much in there as I did before, in terms of quality and quantity of items. Seems mainly to be a clothing store now and less like a department store. Staff are always friendly and prices are reasonable, better if you can get things when on offer.

Always love going to target. Nice layout, good pricing and very good quality for the price range.

When you get a friendly staff member when you return something you purchased it really makes a difference. Thank you to the lovely lady that attended to me on Friday. Forgive me I didn't notice a name badge. Thank you

This store has a lot of cheap stuff to fit within my imposed poverty lifestyle and budget. Thank you kindly.

What an adventure I had with your Rockingham store (click and collect) if I could give you a " -1 " I definitely would!
Your click and collect is supposed to save time not cost me 1 hr of my Sunday. I went to collect my click and collect order only to be told that " only the person who makes the order can collect the order ". I informed the person who stated this that is incorrect and I have shown you my DL and you can see we have the same surname and the same address.now I have been told that I have to get a letter stating that I am allowed to pick this order from the person who made this order.any way I complied.like you have to do with everything these days.and managed to get me order. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR EMAILS to inclued this when click and collect emails come through.
Please educate your staff on the value of customer service.because of this and the way I was treated. I will not be back.

Giving 1 star is still too high. The lack of professional customer service from the team and the manager, the we’re extremely rude.

Been years since I visited because I hated the cattle run style of cues to the cash registers. And now its just self serve. Sad all those jobs for checkout operators gone

Live chat customer service is shocking, can't tell me anything want me to call every store are you kidding? Get your act together

Absolutely rude staff! Condescending tones crossed with eye rolls and arms crossed, yup never going back there again
