No nba cards in stock and they don't know when they're getting stock in.very unprofessional undertrained staff and poor management.

Personally I prefer Kmart over Target. In recent years Target has become lack luster, some staff are borderline rude and the variety of items of offer has reduced. I use to purchase a lot of clothes at Target, much of this from the Morley Galleria store, but no longer as I feel quality has dropped.

Great service delivered with a smile and good selection of goods. Well stocked and easy to find what you want.

The staff really need to get the makeup displays under control. The products in the Balm section are not well sealed and have been tampered with by other shoppers to the point I will not buy any of them. Which is shame because they're the most expensive brand this target carries. Makeup products are generally dirty and disorganised. Otherwise this is a Target just like any other and is clean, fully stocked and well presented in every other section.

Not impressed with it now. Change rooms closed off, which is really annoying, and now self serve checkouts. I prefer dealing with real people, give them a job! Got home, only to find my jeans are too small, had to drive back to exchange. So inconvenient and annoying!

Find anything you want at bargain prices. Galleria Target is one of my favourite Target shops around. Great for cheap beauty products, make up, underwear and clothing. Would be great if they offered more of a selection of Women's Lingerie

Bit splayed out, but it's ok. It's Target, so if you don't know what to expect, you're probably on holiday, so don't bother!

Removing staff from the checkouts and making all the checkouts self service is a travesty. Proof that customer service is dead at Target. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Consistently every single time I go to this particular store when I go in for something often clothes shelves are empty sizes are missing. I never have the same issue in other Target sores? Staff make an effort not to make eye contact incase you ask for help. I actually like target as a company this particular store is down the road from me but I prefer to travel to another one.

HATE the new checkouts.
Also there didn't seem to be much variety in shop.
Will be avoiding K Mart and Target and getting in car ti drive to Big W where (although they have self serve checkouts) they still provide a couple of customer service, it's worth the drive to be served by a person

Very ignorent people, nothing ever instock that i want then when i get a refund i have to wait all weekend to get my money back because you refused me my cash back as i needed it that day, so i was told it will take 24hrs in that case i was not happy and now its friday afternoon nd still not transfered to my account so now my kids and i go without for the lont weekend because target cant just give me the money that is rightfly mine. Very fustrating and FYI you have lost a comitted customer.

Today 9th February i went into the store and bought some things i needed when i got to the checkout a young girl called Ebony served me i had breakable things and she kindly wrapped them in a towel i bought so they wouldn't break her service was amazing and all done with a beautiful smile she is a real assett to your company good old fashioned service kind regards Faye

We were unable to find a basketball ring and asked one of the young blokes (Nick) for help. He went and asked his colleague (Brady) for a hand and we were still unable to locate it. We thanked them for their help and carried on with the rest of our shopping. Unbeknownst to us, Brady hadnt given up the hunt and had managed to locate the item we were needing and then managed to find us again to give it to us.
Service like that is just so hard to find. We appreciate it immensely.

Good for cheap but quality items. Just stop changing the layout. The lay-by desk is kinda weirdly placed but not the biggest deal. Just seems like a long walk to get item to item. It is a little but of a big store though so maybe it's just me being picky. It certainly looks a lot more organised these days.
