Leaky tap - all fixed within an hour. The plumber was very professional and efficient with his job. Would definitely use Tap Doctor again.

Had new taps put in a while ago was very happy with the job, today I needed my hot water serviced and they came within a hour also done a great job thank you.

Very overpriced! Got a quote to instal the water/ice dispenser of the fridge. It was 840 dollars. So I choice a different company that could do it for 300. It’s a shame, as I really liked they could give a quote for free.

Really professional and fast service. I called up and the team were able to send a plumber out and provide a quote that afternoon. Andy arrived on time and once we accepted the quote were able to book in and have the repairs done at a preferred time, again when it came time for the repairs the Plumber was on time and the work was all done to a great standard with no issues or delays. I would definitely call Tap Doctor again for future plumbing works.

Our water cylinder decided to break down, The tap doctor was onto it, providing us a temporary cylinder so we could at least have hot water overnight until they could replace the old cylinder. Fast and efficient service. Thank you Tap doctor team

Tap doctor is a well planned modern day scam to rip off customers. I booked Tap doctor (South) to check and provide a quote for my hot water system as its pilot light kept blowing out. They said there will be no call out fee. On arrival the plumber told me that if he investigates my hot water system there will be $149 cost. This was a surprise for me but I agreed. Instead of focusing on the main problem i.e, pilot light he insisted to first replace pressure valves and indicated that total repair cost will be around $600. He replaced the valves and then installed a new thermocouple but obviously that did not fix the reported problem. To cut the long story short, after brief arguments, he removed the newly installed valves and left my hot water system disconnected and charged me $249. This was very disappointing. I found Tap Doctor's plumber highly unprofessional and dishonest. He failed to fix the problem and yet charged me.

Had Jamie from Tap Doctor South come and fix my worn out shower tap seals. Sent Tap Doctor a request the night before, had them ring and organize for Jamie to arrive the next morning. Turn up on time gave me a couple of quotes at reasonable price, agreed to the price and he completed the job 15min later. No complaining from me and now no complaining from the missus so that’s a win win

The guy had a high powered jet to unblock the drain which he left unsecured in the bathroom while he turned it on from his trailer in the driveway which then had the hose snaking all over the bathroom spraying water everywhere and chipping tiles and walls etc.also didn't like how he tried real hard to upsell everything and pushed hard to "inspect" the hot water system afterwards. $380 for under an hours work is excessive even for plumbers

Quick response, was able to get here earlier than booking time, and leaks fixed no problem.

Not impressed. $0 call out fee, but a two second assessment by the plumber cost $150 and it determined I needed a whole new water tank system. Plumber quickly rattled off some costs for the tank and valves and quoted over $2300. Expensive for an entry level water tank installation which was a like/like swap out of a worn out tank. Could have been 30% cheaper with a different plumbing company, but that's what I get for not doing my research. So learn from my mistakes. I won't be using this company again as they are comparatively more expensive to others (at least for this job).

PRO: the plumbers were punctual and got the job done in 2.5 hours (including waiting for tank delivery).

Friendly and able to attend the same day. Loved that there was a choose in how to fix the issue with up front quote.

Helpful and professional with replacing hot water system and stove top. Blair was friendly and very up front with costs. I hope I never need them again (sorry guys) but would use this business again.

We had a water leak in the ceiling on a Friday evening.
The Tap Doctor was on site at 7.30 the next morning and repaired the leak quickly and efficiently.
We tried ten other so-called 24/7 plumbers and two responded with delayed availability and the others didn’t reply at all.
We’ve used The Tap Doctor a number of times for tap replacement at home and our offices and recommend them for products, price and friendly service.

Quoted over $300 for a call out fee, understand it was a long weekend and we wouldn't have bothered calling but the shower was dripping terribly, but $300 to just attend and that doesn't include the cost of replacing washers which is all we needed done. Ended up getting a local who charged not even half of that, gave the feeling you over charge because you just didn't want to do the job, probably not worth your time. Would not reccomend.
