First timer for Tankk Como and we were impressed. Ordered online when arrived due to Friday 5pm peak hour line at the shop. Good selection of Fish and Chips, easy to order and on time as per online. The hake fish and snapper are delicious, Friday Prawn special is recommended. The place is also good for quick dine in. Well done Tankk

Each day has a daily special the picture is a $12.50 Monday/Tuesday which is 2 pieces of hake, chips and a choice of crab stick, pineapple ring or dim sim

I accidentally dropped my order opening the door and the young gentleman working replaced my whole order free of charge when only a few chips spilt. Great service

You can't go wrong getting fish and chips here. A modern clean shop with good and fast service. The large classic fish &chips have 2 big pieces of fish and chips. Nearly to much for one person. Honestly, the fish was so fresh, it fell apart. Will definitely order there again.

After reading the raving reviews and first time trying we decided to do, Uber eats from here! They forgot a piece of fish with our order and also paid for extra chips! Not very impressed as paid $29 dollars, when I rang the store they told me to go through Uber eats to get some money back, they did apologise! And did request I drive down to the store to get the extra peice of fish and fix the order, why would I do Uber eats then? I got a $1 dollar refund! What a joke. Never again!

I've been living in the area for years, and every time I go past Tankk, I wonder if the F&C are nice.

Now I'm wondering why I was wondering all those years! Service was polite and cheerful, the cooking was prompt, the price was reasonable and the food was marvellous.

The crunch when you bite into the fish - wow! The chips were still crispy when I got home. The Goldilocks portion was great too - a good balance between still being sorta hungry on one hand and food waste (ugh) on the other. I had to make myself finish it so nothing was wasted.

After recently having an incredibley poor experience for Fish and Chips in Dunsborough it left me compelled to write a review for Tankk. I discovered this place when moving to South Perth some time ago. Tankk is honestly up there with the best Fish and Chips I have had in Perth. Serving size and price tag is spot on. I love the fact they offer self service lemon, salts, sauces and slushies at their Como store. Even the Tankk newsletter which is a cool little read whilst your waiting. Its the little things. The guys at Como must be commended. Keep it up!

First visit and was quite emphatic about wanting salt and plenty of "vinegar" to be splashed on. The two cartons of fish n' chips were served with a hint of salt and zero vinegar. The chips tasted de-thawed, stodgy and dry. The hake was OK - batter light and non-greasy. Staff friendly.

Fabulous Fish and Chips and Fast had a great experience from ordering on the phone to collection within 15 minutes of ordering on the phone and the staff were attentive and friendly and welcoming. Not oily and the Panko crumb and lemon pepper was excellent not oily at all and chips were great too

We used to go to Tankk at Winthrop but have recently moved to Como. We tried Tankk at Como last night and were very pleased with the quality of the food and the standard of service. It was extremely busy and we were told that the wait would be 25 minutes. Paul took my mobile number so we could go off and walk the dog and he texted when the food was ready. Next time we will use the handy online "order and collect" service.

Great fish and chips place. Shop was clean and tidy. Free slushies while you wait. The online order was easy and straightforward to use. The weekend $39.90 online mega family deal was a great feed for a family of four. Hake fish was tasty, squid rings cooked perfectly. Crabsticks and Dim Sims were okay as well. The only downside was the chips, somehow a bit dull and bland. However, since everything else was so well done, I still get it a 5 out of 5 stars.

Good value for money, quick service for the fact the place was busier then a booze bus in Armadale.
