Friendly staff, reception are welcoming. Very happy with various doctors I've seen there and the nurses are always super friendly and helpful.

Dr Burkett is old school and the most reliable competent, and thourough dr who not only listens to what you say but delves into the how, whys and whats at the course of your concern. Highly reccomend Dr Burkett my only negative is its so hard to get to see him his so busy.

Very poor service. Doctor was rude, hung up on us even though we had more questions in a Tele health appointment. Had to follow up on a medical certificate only due to the doctor not allowing us to update details before she hung up on us.

I have been going to Tandara medical centre over 10years now. The reception staff are absolutely beautiful.

I found that the receptionist Maxine hasn't got very good customer service skills she always sound angry she doesn't listen to what you have to say or explaine she carrys on like she is a Dr and she knows everything I know my own body and your just the receptionist not a doctor Maxine.the other receptionists are lovely the drs are very kind and understanding it's just the receptionist Maxine who needs to find her maners she is very rude 0 stars to her and her customer service some people can't process what you mean some time but that is still no need to get angry with a person with mental illnesses and can't process what yor saying quickly like a normal person could

Tandara Medical Group has changed to mixed bill, no longer bulk billing with a $60 consultation fees. It wasn't busy today with 3 patients waiting when I arrived but i waited for at least 15minutes. Did not receive any advice on my condition but only with descriptions from the GP.

My 3 month old and 10 year old are both unwell so we saw Dr Bender as he was the only doctor available so close to Christmas. For context, the 3 month old has had a “virus” for a month and been to see another Dr at the practice twice and the 10 year old has had a cough for a week (both negative RATS). We were in and out in 7 minutes with 2 prescriptions for antibiotics… without checking either of the kids.at all. Not even to check the little ones breathing or temperature. I have been a patient at Tandara almost 30 years, but unfortunately the entire practice seems to have gone down hill and the care for patients is minimal. Not impressed and sadly, we will not be returning.

Professional, friendly and punctual Medical Centre. Our family’s GP of 14 years is Doctor Bender a experienced and understanding individual who we trust with our families healthcare.

Tandara Medical Group has been my local GP for over nine years. The reception staff, the doctors, and the nursing staff in the treatment room all present the most professional and friendly service.
Tandara looks after the elderly client with a home visit health assessment by a nurse with a follow up doctors review.
On two occasions I have been seen immediately when I have attended in an emergency without an appointment.
I have no hesitation in recommending this excellent practice.

If you have any cold or flu symptoms you are completely denied care at this clinic, regardless of negative RAT and PCR tests. Actually quite unbelievable being that there aren't even any isolation requirements anymore! Super rude and unsympathetic reception service from Maxine - shouldn't be in a customer facing role if you can't deal with people.

I have been visiting this clinic quite often.the waiting time is sometimes 30 minutes and if u ask the staff they will just rudely say that it has nothing to do with them. Point to talk is that the staff is rude most of the time but the gps are okay.
And they refused to see me today just because I had sore throat and didn’t been there for a while as well they also give me a free advise to go back to the clinic I already have been visiting.

We've been attending this practice for many years and keep coming back because of the doctors and reception staff. We also don't have a long wait in the waiting room.

Even though I had to make a booking to visit the clinic it’s for the best as I need a lump in my breast looked at by the GP. Dr Stanley was quite concerned and was saying I need to attend urgently so he can investigate and look up my past history of ultrasounds before advising my next step.

One of the best medical centre in WA, very friendly staff, brilliant services all Doctors see their patients on time and very clean environment. Thanks

The reception staff are the rudest bunch, need to learn their position, "reception" answer phone book appointments and keep your attitude to yourself, they all need people skill training

Attended tandara medical with a sinus infection as I couldn't get into my usual gp hoping to get some antibiotics only to be told very rudely by the receptionist that I need to see my usual GP because I am infectious and haven't seen them in a matter of years. I couldn't understand what the difference was seeing them or my other GP. Was very upsetting being treated poorly and will never go there again.

Trying get get a diagnosis is pathetic. One test comes back "fine" and the doctor had no idea what to do next. They had ally symptoms and just weren't willing to do anything else, or just didn't know what to do. The only time they were willing to look for anything else was when I got up and told them I'm done with them and will put a complaint in and if I get no satisfaction will go higher. Then and only then was she wanting to try looking for something else.

So many times I've been made to feel like I'm a hypochondriac by them.

I and my 4 children have been patients with tandara Dr Roy particular, but we have had nothing but the best experience, all reception staff are helpful, kind, and always accommodating, the nurses are fantastic and caring, and the doctors are professional, caring kind and always willing to listen and help and offer advice. This is our family practice
