Tamara Yoga reviews
9 I have been so stressed lately and not feeling myself. I needed a day for total relaxation and felt I got this with the one day retreat. The meditation and Yoga were just the right amount. The food was amazing and would love the recipe for the coconut and vegetable soup.
Will definitely look to do another one of these. Thank you.)
Attended a workshop. Space immaculate and clean toilets. Clearly signposted for access.
PS fantastic workshop.
I really love this yoga space and the surrounding bushland, I just wish that the classes were a little more affordable so I could come more regularly
Wow what a beautiful studio! And beautiful teachers to match! The teachers here know their stuff and every class feels like taking a dip in a beautiful, thoughtful, expansive space. My favourite teacher is Margaret, who just radiates this soft bubbling energy. Her classes always give me the perfect mental and physical reset.
Would recommend!
Joining Tamara Yoga has been THE best thing I have ever done for my health and well-being. ALL of the teachers are INCREDIBLE and bring their own unique elements to each session. The teachers are SO knowledgeable, welcoming, compassionate & nurturing. Irrespective of your level Tamara Yoga instructors will respectfully guide you. Rochelle’s YIN is something everyone on this planet needs to experience (especially in during such crazy times!) & sets me up for the week.
At Bibra Lake due to the surroundings each session feels like a retreat and I look forward to each practise.
A beautiful yoga studio right in the heart of Bibra lake. From the minute I drove in I knew it was going to be a special yoga experience & I was not disappointed! The grounds are gorgeous and I felt immediately transported out of the hustle and bustle and to a calm & relaxing place. I did the Sunday morning Restorative yoga which was simply divine! Definitely recommend checking it out? ️
I have done three of Tamara Yoga's new on line classes now, each with a different focus (vinyasa, fundamentals and yin). They all bring the importance of yoga to our daily lives, our daily reality. Thank you TY for the calm the classes spread and your deep care for our physical and mental well being. I recommend these classes with all my heart.
October 30th 2021, Just visited the new Claremont studio for Yin with Pennie yesterday. Pennie's soft manner transported me. TY instructors seem to have a sixth sense, able to connect with the individual using clear communication, stories, meaningful quotes and humour. The class flew by and I left feeling great!
This studio is surrouded by trees and greenery viewed through expansive windows. The instructors are friendly and caring.emphasizing listening to your own body as you do your poses, not straining and risking injury.
This review is more about the cafe we found by chance. Although the cafe was nondescript, the only reference we have is that its located within the same building as Tamara Yoga. Greatttt coffee, excellant service, and yummy banana bread. We took a wrong turning when heading towards Perth Adventure World, and what a wonderful find it was this cafe.
