I have been shopping at tackle west for a while now and I am always welcomed into the store (Osbourne Park) Luke & Troy are very knowledgeable fishermen who have a passion for everything fishing.

Today I walked into buy a Surf Rod as I was eager to try those South African style bionic finger Assassin Rods.

Troy walked me through the rods available and described how he uses them. We loaded up a few rods and I found the one I was looking for.

After we worked out what Rod I was buying, Troy went through various surf fishing rigs and gave some great advice, including making up a demo rig. This lead me to purchasing the correct terminal I needed for my desired application.

Undoubtedly the best fishing store in Perth.

The best bit about the Osbourne Park store it’s literally 8 minutes drive from home! Maybe this is dangerous but it’s also convenient.

Luke is a top bloke. Actually spends time with you to suss out the right gear suited to your budget! Go in have a chat and he will sort you out properly! Plenty of knowledge with the products he sells, tried and tested so you know you’re not just buying something that you think will work.

The guys in there are a full bottle of knowledge on fishing gear and the best options available for us.

Awesome advice, great team, great service and TOO much gear to chose from. Bream to marlin they have you covered.

A come into the store often with Troy and Matt always giving great advice and service. Recently went to the bream seminar, learnt heaps and couldn't leave without a few lures. The website just continues to get better and a great way to browse one of the best ranges of tackle in perth.

Recently got a Saltiga/Zenaq PE3 combo for an upcoming jigging trip. The service from Luke and the team was absolutely world class. You will NOT come across a team who know specialised sportsfishing better than these guys. I would highly recommend these guys to all my jigging/sportsfishing buddies. If you want the best, you get the best.

Great range and good knowledge of everything they stock, honest opinions and wont try to up sell. Great store with friendly staff, always walk out with more then i went for.

Order and paid for items to pick-up after hours but got thier 550pm item was now where it was supposed to be

Luke and Honsu down at tackle west are great to deal with they where happy to deal with amatures like us needing direction on where to go in perth and exmouth and give advice for products and outfits but do not push the expensive items. Have a wide range of rods and reels and always have the hard to find items in stock like Vex'd and pink plastics. Well worth the drive to get the best service.

Great service, these guys are the real deal. If you want solid advice and sharp pricing look no further.

Great service and fantastic range of fishing gear. Got some great local knowledge from true professionals who really knew a lot about what I was going for. Even let me in on a couple of secret spots which delivered some cracking fish. Thanks guys, will be back soon!

After watching a great YouTube post by the guys from the shop I was really motivated to visit. Finally able to get away from life pressures I drove 40 minutes to spend some cash kitting up for my upcoming Exmouth trip.
I walked the shop several times over while the staff chatted to the two customers in the store. I stood near the front counter while two staff chatted with a customer about his boat trailer waiting to be served. I might as well have been invisible.
After about 15 minutes I left the store without any service and no kit for my trip.

This is a great tackle shop with everything you need at competitive prices. You only get knowledgeable fishermen providing excellent customer service. We should all support our local WA owned shops.

Great customer service and great range of products, bit on the expensive side, but all quality stuff.

Really helpful advice. Price is a little higher than a chain store, but is worth paying a little extra for great customer service and advice
