T4 Victoria Park

T4 is the most cost-effective milk tea shop in Perth. It’s a great place to eat, drink and have fun! My favorite grapefruit green tea Fried squid and fried mushrooms are also super delicious

Bad customer service / wrong orders (not just ours too!) / longggggggggg wait / ordered milk tea but there was only milk and bubbles in the drink (possibly on purpose because we asked for the rude cashier’s name?) anyway, disappointed.used to be a great bbt place to go.

The supplied straws are not safe! They shatter as you puncture the top of the drink and you don’t know until you start drinking and notice sharp chunks of the straw in your mouth

Never gets the order right.
They don't read online orders property and serve whatever they feel like.
It happened 3 times already where they gave me small pearls instead of big, 100%ice when I asked for 0 ice, hot when I asked for cold.

They have many options regarding the sweetness and ice. It is my go-to bubble tea place since all the other bubble tea places are bad. Really love the vibe too.

I bought 2drinks and both are didn’t sealing properly, so it’s all came out in the car when I shake.

This one is my fav T4 spot, as I can pick up from the window outside when I walk my dog:)

I was planning to bought some bubble teas and fried chicken as dinner tonight.
Cause the drinks I've ordered was a lot. Si I forgot to ordered my chicken the first time I made my payment with the staff named Tracy.
But I used T4 rewards points collecting card to get a 10 % off my bill. As I realized I didn't order every food I want the first time, I relined up and orders the chicken chop with Tracy again within 5 mins.

She definitely remember me, but refused to give me 10% off for the chicken. I've ordered second time in 5 mins.
I understood maybe she just followed the rules made in the shop.

I still think T4 should make the rules more flexible for a better customer experience and retrain the staff to be more flexible when dealing with things like this.

Happy with the milktea. Being kind of sweet tooth we ordered taro milktea which was flavourful and up to my expectation of sweetness. Others might go for 50% or 70% of sugar but personally this one is just right for my taste.

Great snack options, especially for a bubble tea store!

A nice variety of different flavours for your tea, and some toppings to, well, top it off! Unfortunately not the greatest selection of toppings, but it's not too bad. A few more fruity popping pearl varieties could possibly make the drinks even better.

The service is fast, as fast as you can expect from somewhere preparing your hot snacks and cold drinks, for you to enjoy!
It may not be an English store, but they have no issues with understanding what you're saying and trying to order, or if there's any issues with your order, it can be resolved quite quickly and easily.

I'm sorry though, Chatime is still my first love, haha!

Average bubble tea quality. Definitely not the worst nor the best. But i suggest owners to try a few competitors around the Perth and perhaps they will find some room for improvement- menu is a bit limited too. Range of deep fried products are interesting and delicious- 5 star on that!

Always had bad experience here. The staff doesn't understand what we say. The chicken we ordered was raw one time and today my drinks were kept in a tray and when picking up it fell off and all the drink went on the ground. No offer to replace them. Very unfriendly bunch of people.

We come here often and its really good service they work so well and always make me happy. There also super loyal and t4 is one of the yummiest drinks in Perth, Australia I love t4 and it deserves 5 stars for sure?

Tried T4 for the first time through UberEats. Ordered the Pearl Milktea and I gotta say it's so good, perfect hint of tea and their pearls taste so good, especially the small pearls

That’s my favorite bubble tea in Perth. Staff all friendly, also you won’t be waiting to long to pick up your tea. Really good choice for the bubble tea.

They made me a day, perfect black pearl, not too soft and not too hard! Definitely will back there again.

Love their fried recipes! It was an enjoyable evening break after a day's work, just enjoying fried oysters-mushroom, popcorn chicken and fries. Haven't tried the tea, so I wouldn't know about the tea.
