T4 Canning Vale

Rude customer service, tried ordering at the kiosk but cannot add pearl so we went to order at the till. We were told that we should order at kiosk? HOW CAN WE ORDER AT THE KIOSK WHEN WE CANT ADD PEARL IN OUR BUBBLE TEA?

NEVER COMING BACK, GOT IGNORED FOR 10 MINUTES

Lady with glasses served with total discrimination.we felt racism. Very disappointed for our visit today.

It has came out early and if you like bitter taste then I think you should oder 30~50 sugar. It is pretty cheap compared to other bubble tea shops.

Beautiful tea. Love the rose tea. I ordered double boba in the large teas and there seemed to be less than one serve in both. The boba was gone and still 1/3 of the drink left. Hard to search for them

The bubble teas are always so delicious, and staff are always super friendly however wait time is pretty slow regardless if I order 45 minutes in advance from the app, but understandable since the store is always busy! And when I order extra pearls I still never get that much: (Still worth it though! Just wish I got the same amount of pearls as I do from other T4 stores

Unsure what happened but the quality of the drinks I’ve ordered has changed (I always order the same drink), not in a good way. Bring back whatever you guys were using back when you just opened. Was a regular customer.

I'm new to the world of Bubble Tea it tastes lovely, depending on where you buy it, it can be expensive, at T2 the price was reasonable and the Bubble Tea was very nice. If your in that area give it a try.

Best bbt in the area. Delicious on a summer day. They use fresh milk, good quality tea leaves and the toppings are superb:)

The poorest T4 store I’ve been in Perth. Half an hour wait for 3 drinks. Even people right after me, they all got their drinks. As an example, my number is 9, and number 18 was even ready. And mine one was still on processing. It’s a really bad feeling. Hopefully it not gonna happen on any customer again in the future.

Best bubble tea place by far! All there flavours are just awesome! Killa addictive! Rose Tea is my favourite!

Drinks are good but the their staff is very rude.the slim guy at counter needs to change his attitude.

Been a regular here 2-3 times a week, order the same Snow globe drink. Today I wanted no pearls but more Agar pearl which I’m willing to pay. The staff gave me a weak and lame excuse that it’s their SOP that they can’t change it. Being a business where is the flexibility? And it’s such an easy request that doesn’t change or inconvenience much to anyone nor the recipe of the beverage. I had this change done at Victoria Park T4 before, so if she says it’s SOP, then being a franchise business Shouldn’t the rules be all the same? I’m not angry coz of the pearls. I’m angry coz the staff patronise me with a weak reason. Won’t be going back. Product is awesome, thinking up BS excuses to decline customers need to improve.

One of the best bbt places in Perth. My personal favourites are their brown sugar, taro milk and their rose royal tea. Good variety of toppings especially their small pearls which can be mixed with large pearls.

Always such a pleasure grabbing a bubble tea from here. The staff are lovely, yes it does get busy and you may have to wait 20mins or so sometimes but it's worth it.
Highly recommend, they also have a great points rewards system which is definitely worth using.

This is the third bad experience in canningvale store

T4 usually is our favorite place for bubble tea, but cannigvale store ranked the worst store in perth

We ordered only 1 bubble tea through app and it stated 20 min of waiting time.

We arrived 5 min earlier and was informed it's still being made. After 10mins a few of customers after me already received their drinks then I had to asked the counter again where my order is. Turns out they had skipped my order and said they will make it straight away.

I went outside as too crowded in there, after 10 min walk around the complex, I went back and realised they still hadn't done my order, I requested to cancel the order as I had been waiting for more than 40 minutes but was rejected as it's being made now, I was a bit furious as they said the same thing 10 min ago. Then I waited for another 10 min Cox they struggle to fix the sealing machine.

Note: the guy who took order literally need some training for customer service, especially his manners and presentation, he even rolled his eyes in front of other customers.

Will not recommend to go, super disappointed

Walked in to this establishment on a rainy evening and found the small shop warm and inviting. The shop assistant was very aware of his job and took my order with ease. The order was made quickly and correctly. Very happy with this shop, I look forward to returning.

Great product and service. Please tint the shop windows as it gets very hot inside during the warmer months.

Ordered on Uber, gave me completely different food. This one obviously is not mike tea. I’m on my cheating day and looking forward to mike tea for a long time. Damn. In addition, if you never answers phones, don’t put the number on your page!

Nice, cheaper than other bubble tea. Greentea matcha and matcha late are different ok. Matcha is transparent and late is milky. Pudding milk tea is my favourite with pudding in it, unlike Utopia didn't have pudding.

I order double pearl.
Look like only one pearl.
I double check with cashier.
He said it’s double pearl.
But I gone T4 of Myaree store.
That store double pearl have half of cup.

9/3 update
I go Myaree store bought double pearl today.
